Not feeling this place like I use to! Tonight I ordered my regular Carrot Karma that I ALWAYS ORDER over the phone. The young man takes my Order. I go to pick it up and there's nothing! The young lady say, "We don't take orders over the phone." (Young man is SILENT!) Yeah, you took my order and I asked for fresh orange juice. "Our orange juice machine is BROKEN".... I like Jamba Juice. This time I went 8/13/21 early before work around 9:30 my food was burnt ! The drink (new matcha drink w coconut whip) was amazing. But please work on not burning the food. I'm done with this place. They seem to hire bottom of the barrel people. Not friendly at all. Today I had my usual large AÇAÍ super antioxidant. The girl making it struggled to make it and although I was the only one in there ( go figure in this affluent area ) it took forever. When she took it out of the blender it was really thick and she banged on the bottom for 2 minutes. When too much eventually poured in she used her fingers to scrape some out BACK INTO THE BLENDER. WTF. How about first off don't touch my food, second how about you give me the extra like every other JJ. I'm told when you add whey protein like I do it automatically makes more anyway. DONE. Great place! This is the only Jamba Juice that I know of in the area so I decided to try it out. The customer service was very good. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful in picking out my drink. I ended up getting something green (lol). I think it had kale and mango? It was very good though. Smoothies are good! However DO NOT place an order through yelp/grubhub option. It DOES NOT work for this location. I ordered ahead of time so I could take my 30 min lunch break and get back to work in time. However, that did not happen. I got to the store and they never received my order. Truly disappointed. However, the young lady upgraded my my smoothie to a large. The smoothie was really good. But, the smoothie bowl is like water and no flavor. I don't suggest the smoothie bowls stick to the smoothies and just order when you get there. read more

The products are good but I'm giving it 3 stars due to the service. I use the online app to order in the morning before work. It gives me an "order ready" time however its never ready at the time given. So I mistakingly went another time to this location. I decided to pick up a smoothie to hold me over. I got one of my go to' s from my location in Malvern. Unfortunately, this location disappointed again. I ordered a mega mango, which is yellow according to the picture and as I've said I've had a lot before at another location. The team captain made my smoothie. They had trouble getting it to pour but continued and handed me the smoothie. The color of the smoothie was pink and tasted of straight strawberries which is one of the 4 ingredients. The only mango in the smoothie was in the form of chunks that came through with each sip. This is the chunkiest smoothie that I've ever had "professionally" made. I went to my car and decided I have had enough with the poor experiences. As I went in I explain to the girl who rang me up that it was super chunky and only tasted of strawberries. She offered to make me another or even a different smoothie altogether. This made me happy. I was finally getting some good customer service as that has been the issues before. However, the team captain walked out and asked what she was doing. She explained, then the team captain proceeded to take my original smoothienn threw it back into a blender, added some extra juice a couple mango chunks and MORE STRAWBERRY. The team captain reblended my original smoothie that I drank from and handed it back to me. This team captain needs to learn from the team member who originally offered to make me a new one. Now I have a horribly tart smoothie that is finally smooth, but this location will NEVER receive my business again. read more

The assistant manager said the rewards system is down and refused to give me the free birthday reward on my account. He said I would have to come back when the system is back up and running, with no idea when that will be. Ridiculous. Don't go there unless you want to wait 45 minutes or more for a smoothie.. There were two customers who already ordered waiting. The rest of the store was empty. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and never was approached. Never saw her make one smoothie but was washing/preparing her bar.. something.. but not making smoothies or interacting with customers. No wonder retail businesses struggle... Have to say as someone who works in the service industry I was appalled by the Assistant Manager and his horrible customer service skills and how he treated his staff. At first he questioned the discount that YMCA members get at that location, and then when an employee showed him that yes, they do offer members a discount, he asked me to show him proof that I am a member. Then said " you can't just say you get a discount and get one". So I show him my membership card and he says " how do I know if it's expired or not". Like I am trying to rip off this place. I may or may not have actually gotten the discount because he threw away my receipt before I looked at it. Then while the two really nice girls are making our smoothies, the starts blaming them that he didn't know about this program and he doesn't like to look like an idiot. I think he did that all by himself. And to use his own words " all of that over 50 cents". It's a shame that customer service is lost on some people. read more

I'm grateful to have Jamba Juice near me and to be able to enjoy fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh carrot juice, and blended fruit smoothies whenever I want. These are just a few of the delicious options. My favorite is Vege Vitality- blended veges with fresh squeezed OJ and ginger root (they will customize your drink any way you like it). As soon as you enter the store, you're greeted with a smile and your order is taken right away. The customer service is fabulous and now, they greet me by name.
