If I could give Kmani a negative zero, I would. I've had several uncomfortable experiences with her, and it's reached a point where I feel I need to share it. Every time I come in, she greets me with a noticeably cold and unfriendly attitude. I'm always polite, say thank you, and treat her with respect, but she consistently responds in a short, dismissive way. What really stood out was my last visit. I watched her smiling and speaking warmly with two other customers, which honestly surprised me because I've never received that same courtesy. When I thanked her on a previous visit, her only response was an "mm‑hmm." I'm not assuming anything about her intentions, but the contrast in how she interacted with them versus me made me uncomfortable. There was also a moment when those same women were standing near the pickup area without being asked to move. But when I stood in the exact same spot, she immediately told me to step aside so she could place an order there for another customer, and she said it without a smile or any friendliness. I understand if space is needed, but the inconsistency in how she enforced it felt unfair and singled out. I love Jamba Juice, but these interactions make me dread coming in when she's working. I love Jamba juices smoothies, and always have since I was younger! So the problem isn't with the taste or quality of their items but just the customer service. At least at this location specifically, since it's the one I always go to. I do think the experience of going into this Jamba Juice would be so much better with better customer service like a simple greeting goes a long way :)! I used to come to this location all the time and am sad to say their service has plummeted. I ordered a smoothie, waffle and a pretzel. I then asked if I could please use their restroom as there was a sign posted saying the restroom was for employees only. I wanted to give the employee the opportunity to clarify maybe the sign was there to ward off miscreants etc. No, as a customer purchasing food and beverage I was denied the restroom and when I asked for clarification if the restroom was out of order she stated no, the restroom is reserved for employees only. On top of that the environment was overall unwelcoming. I was not greeted with a friendly welcome when I arrived and the employee seemed annoyed when I was unsure the sizes they had for drinks. They also have signage posted for customers stating that they are not to wait near the counter and to rather wait against the glass wall/door. It was unprofessional and just cold. To top it all off my waffle was smashed and soggy as if it were heated in the microwave instead of toasted (as it should have been). If you want poor customer service, come here! I walked in and had to place my order on a kiosk since there was only one person working. I wasn't greeted at all. I needed to make some alterations to my order, but the kiosk didn't allow it. After placing my order, two other people came in. The worker, Kmani, took their orders and made both of theirs before mine. When I asked about the alteration, she said I'd be charged extra, even though I couldn't make the change myself on the kiosk. She ( K'Mani). had an attitude, so I let it go, got my regular bowl, and left. Frustratingly, they served two more orders before completing mine. Just a note; there is no sign indicating you need a key for the restroom. Naturally, I waited at a locked restroom for about 4 minutes until I asked until a key was needed for the restroom. Embarrassingly, Being pregnant, I almost soiled myself unknowingly thinking it was occupied... I asked if the restroom required a key and quickly reached over the smoothie bar (not the register) closer to the aisle next to the restroom causing me to slightly tip toe and reach over the counter shields. When I returned from the restroom, the SHIFT LEADER Julia rolled her eyes at me when I returned the key to her. Maybe if I were 9 months and showing she wouldn't have given me that reaction, but regardless of my appearance, she couldn't give me the decency of treating me kindly like everyone she was attending to. If the Manager would like to contact me regarding his hiring choices and the laws that California abides by; feel free to give me a response. It's imperative that California Employees-regardless of their age, understand the fair treatment of each customer as it is crucial to the company's business to service each individual fairly and respectfully. Maybe she was young, maybe ignorant, maybe both. However, as a paying customer, her treatment was below average, condescending, and inconsiderate. Please train your shift leaders to be competent and compassionate, as this made my experience at Jamba Juice one not worth coming back. Not a pleasant experience. The worker who helped me was lazy and very unhelpful, even rude. I asked about putting in my number to get rewards points and they looked at me so stupid like I was crazy. Then I payed for my smoothie and they said oh, you have to put in the number before you pay for the order. If the manager is reading this, my advice to him would be to train the staff better. I love Jamba Juice but this location is very inconsistent. I always order the large smoothie which comes out to over $7 with Boosters. I've been ordering the smoothies and bowls on their app since covid so it's touchless and convenient. I get there about 5 after the pick up time (I usually do to give them time) and it wasn't ready, actually it was made right when I got there and it seemed completely rushed. I walked in and was the only one in line and waited 5 minutes with No Acknowledgement, as 2 team members were hurriedly preparing orders, as they keep ignoring me. By now 2 other people were in line with me and now we all kept waiting for another 3 minutes until another team member walked through the front door and said, she would be with us in a few minutes, which was another 3-5 minutes. When she came out she was nice but I really should have left during this wait time. When I got my order my drink was watery, which seems to be the usual at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Usually I'm not one to complain about mistakes when it comes to technical problems but when customer service issues are added to frustrating issues - it puts it over the top for me. Today around 2:30 p.m., I placed a mobile order to this location and went to the store about 10 minutes after I was charged, plenty of time for the store to receive the order. When I arrived at the store the order hadn't been received, but I noticed I had been charged twice. I showed the mobile order to the customer service representative and he said it hadn't been received yet. Ok, no big deal. So, I showed him the order and he said ok, we'll get it started and maybe by the time the order is done, the mobile order would've been received. Cool, no problem. I don't mind paying in store if it's just a technical issue. Can't blame the store for that. But after about 15 minutes of waiting, they still haven't received the order that I placed online. And now I'm guessing the supervisor on duty gets involved, she begins to take information to look into the information to see if she can look for the order. There's nothing, and I'm guessing they didn't receive the order because the Jamba app isn't working. I said ok, so let me pay for the order while I'm in store. "It's not ready."-Supervisor Now I'm pissed, not only did I wait 30+ minutes from the time the order was placed, but they didn't even start the order when the customer service representative asked what the order was so they can get it started. This is the worst customer service I've ever received from any Jamba. Never coming to this location again, and they should be retrained on how to treat customers. read more

This Jamba Juice is located in a shopping center off Western. This is a really busy center and parking can be a bit challenging, as Jamba is located right in between Marshall's and Petco. The few times that I've been to this location, the customer service has been just fine. Today, I got the manager, Hector and he was very nice and helpful. I ordered a Caribbean Passion, two Mango-a-go go, and one Strawberry Bliss. They got our order correct and there were no problems, at all. It seems like every time I come in, it's not crowded and service is quick. I'm sure that on scorching hot days, they're a lot busier, so just plan accordingly. read more

The service here has gotten better and I am living for the new direction that Jamba is taking. If you did not catch my last sentence, the brand is going through rapid changes; one of them being a name change. According to a sales associate there, they are dropping the word juice from their brand entirely! Not only that, but they changed their rewards system to an app. Nevertheless, I prefer these new changes and the experience was worthwhile. I ordered white gummy and it refreshing. The fruity sorbets, blended with frozen fruit and ice not only refreshes the body but soothes the soul. Like I stated earlier, I truly enjoy the changes that Jamba is making.
