Stopped by here after shopping with my family and wanted to get Jamba Juice. We saw the worker taking all the chairs and tables in and thought they were closing. Technically, they were closed but the worker still welcome us in and made my husband and I our smoothies. We ordered the limited special, "the dragonfruit twist" and it was so good! The dragonfruit flavor was very strong and it had a nice color to it. The register worker was kind and applied our app discount and then split the large cup into two. We appreciate their services esp since they still served us during closing hours. Other Jamba Juice would not allow customers in ten minutes before the closing hour once they started to clean. This Jamba Juice was brighter and cleaner than the other ones we go to in Daly City. This location also seemed larger than other Jamba Juice so when they blended the fruits, it did not sound too loud. Thank you for the wonderful services! Decided to grab smoothies since it was a hot day. It was nice knowing that the store only allows people with face masks in with a maximum of 2 customers inside at a time. We ordered in store and waited outside to get our order. We only waited a little more than 5 minutes to get our drinks. Mega Mango has a subtle mango flavor and I was hoping for a stronger mango flavor. Overall, a good drink if you don't care for a stronger mango flavor. Pomegranate Paradise is pretty tart. After a few sips, the tartness grows on you and it's definitely more refreshing on a hot day than Mega Mango. read more

My recent visit to Jamba was an exceptional one. When I walked in, I instantly noticed the cleanliness of the store. The workers were constantly on their toes and they seemed to have a good system going that allowed for fast moving lines and maximum efficiency (maybe a new staff?) I was immediately greeted by a friendly front house cashier named Matt, the main reason I will be going back to Jamba. He gave me some great recommendations for drinks and was exceptionally fast. I told him that I normally go for peach perfection but wanted to try something new and he really put thought into getting me the drink that was best for my personal taste. He was amazingly patient with me and really took my flavor preferences into consideration. I decided on Matt's recommendation, Strawberry Surfrider, and OH BOY! That citrus rush was the refreshing blast I needed. It's evident that the baristas at this Jamba really take their time to make the drinks the right way. The whole experience was easy and efficient and I will be returning very soon! I'm glad to see that there is still an establishment that cares about the quality of staff that they hire. read more

This location is super clean and well laid out with a few seats, well designed and laid out, tons of free parking, given it's located in a strip mall, across from TJ Maxx and next to a Starbucks. I went in today and was super motivated to get one of their smoothies, parched with thirst and despite it being freezing cold and windy, it really would've hit the spot. I don't know or understand what the latest thing is with so many restaurants and food/drink places where they have menu with boards on top of your head, or the scanning with your phones where you can only read the menu on the phone. I must be old fashioned and showing my 61 years of age because I want and need a real menu, either peper or laminated or something where I can hold, touch and feel it, because it enables me to properly take my time and read it. If I have to squint and strain my already myopic astigmatic eyes with my coke bottle eyeglasses, I'm straining to reas the fine print, and frankly, by the time, I'm done with the heavy lifting of straining just to read th damn thing, I'm done. I'm just freaking done. I don't want the food or the drink anymore, I'm irritated and frustrated with the simple process of ordering which has now become an ordeal and harder than if I'd made the damn thing myself. One of the best experiences I've had at a Jamba Juice-- the store was clean, the service congenial and efficient, and the smoothie was exactly what I was looking for! When I came in, I was greeted warmly, and the employee who took my order -- I think his name was Matt-- was SO HELPFUL! He was happy to answer the questions I had about the menu, and even recommended the "Tropical Dragon Twist". I'm so happy I did followed his suggestion, it was delicious!! Ever since jamba juice sold all their locations to franchisees they have been going downhill but even more so this particular location. They hire very incompetent people the guy at the register speaks so slowly and is spaced out I am suspecting he needs the job to support his marijuana use. He took my order without telling me they are out of blueberries even after I asked to sub strawberries for more blueberries. And I only found out when they got to making my order which was 10 minutes after, considering I had taken 10 minutes to wait in line since he was so slow. There was one employee out of the 3 working on a sunday afternoon who seemed to know what she was doing but the rest of the employees here were so lost. The success of jamba juice is all people based since it is the employees that make the product you buy, the franchise ownership should focus on getting better ones. I saw the guys with earrings pour both of our drinks from the same smoothie blender. So I asked him which one had chia seeds and which one had collagen. It was over 90 out this weekend and I just wanted something refreshing after spending time with a friend who had two small children outdoors. I had figured, sure, I'll get something quick at Jamba Juice and move on with the rest of my day. A bunch of us stood on one side of the register mixed up with another huge crowd to our right. 10 minutes of Facebook on my phone later, the cashier lets us know that all the people to our right are waiting for their drinks and not to order. OH OK. Finally got my order in. There seems to be one "assembly line" for these drinks and nobody seems really excited about working any faster even though there was a monstrous crowd waiting. I waited right by the counter for at least half an hour for my drink and finally asked them where it was after I started seeing a couple orders behind me coming out. They have no idea what happened to my drink (they told me someone took it. Given the neon orange appearance of the carrot fruit smoothie I ordered, I definitely did NOT see it come out at any point!), but at the least they made it in about 5 minutes. Yes today was busy when I went, but definitely not busy enough for this. I ordered 2 drinks thick and 2 food items. They made my first drink and didn't even call it out. Then they made the food items but just left them out so someone stole my food. Not a big issue. I ordered a vanilla blue sky and asked for no pineapple in it. It was towards the end of the day and there were no other orders being made. I watched them put pineapple in the drink, and had to ask them to remake it because I'm allergic to pineapple. They then told me that I need to tell them if it's an allergy when I ask for something to be taken out, or else they might not do it. I asked to clarify, and they doubled down and said that they might just ignore changes if they aren't stated to be an allergy.
