This Jamba Juice is open but not allowing anyone inside during COViD. Instead, they have a table pulled up to the open doors where you walk up to order and they'll bring your goodies up there when ready. I kinda like that. I haven't been to a Jamba Juice in a while so I saw a bunch of new things on the menu that looked good and new berry/açaí items. Once I saw the Vanilla Blue Sky I was done and done. Almond milk, vanilla coconut milk, banana, pineapple and blue spirulina. I got a medium 22oz and it was around 280 calories according to their site. So smooth and light and delicious. A bit sweet and fruity but not over sweet and very light. I loved it. Big time. A new fav. It was ready quickly. read more

Not much to say here...it's Jamba Juice! I was super excited when I saw that we had one here! I moved here from Cali and loved Jamba so it was nice to get the Cali vibes here in Hampton Roads! This Jamba is located within the Norfolk Premium Outlets center, in the center close to Starbucks. So Jamba sells smoothies and bowls (açaí bowls and the like). Although delicious, a little bit pricey. On my last visit, we got a small Orange Dream Machine and it ended up around $7 for the smallest size. However, it was delicious; it reminded me of sherbet or those Flintstones push pops lol. Service at the register was very friendly. Aside from getting your smoothie, this is really the only person you'll talk to, so definitely important. Wouldn't make this a regular thing but definitely would be back for something to sip on while shopping in the future! read more

Stopped by this spot because it's in the Norfolk Outlets near my house. My expectations were for Jamba Juice to be like an overpriced tropical smoothie. (That's what I was told by friends prior to my visit.) I ordered the Chunky Strawberry bowl which I most definitely will be ordering again. It was so creamy and it had just the right about of fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds and granola in it. The smoothie I chose was the apple greens. My friends lied. This smoothie was nothing like tropical smoothie. It wasn't full off sugar and the fruit tasted fresh. Overall, I was impressed with the items I tried.. not so much the customer service. That in fact was very bland. Jamba Juice is a little pricey but I'll still be back. I'm sad that I didn't buy and extra bowl so that could have it for breakfast tomorrow. read more

While I am not a frequent visitor to Jamba Juice, if I need something on-the-go and I'm in the area, I'll certainly stop here. Jamba Juice, in the past, has typically gotten a bad wrap for having unhealthy items. I will say, after visiting this location, you can make them as healthy or unhealthy as you like. I was taking a seminar over a Saturday and Sunday, and stopped in on both days around lunch. It was much more crowded on Sunday, which was a little surprising. The wait time, however, was minimal both days. The longest wait occurred when a patron asked many, many questions about various items. The employee, though, did not get flustered; rather, he helped until the customer found what she wanted. I ordered a smoothie bowl on Saturday and a smoothie on Sunday. Both were able to be customized exactly to my liking. The space is a little small on the inside with only 3-4 stools, but the majority of the businesses is grab and go. All in all, it is a fine establishment. The employees are nice, the space is clean, and the service is good. Not much more you can ask to have. read more

Yeeesssssss. I love Jamba Juice. More than Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie to be honest. I guess Jamba Juice or Smoothie King isn't as popular in Virginia rather than the west coast or Texas. I always get the Matcha Green Tea Smoothie and it never disappoints, I would try to get other flavors but I always go back to the matcha haha. Service was fast and friendly, idk why other people are so disappointed with the service. This place and the brand new outlet like JUST OPENED so of course it's gonna be busy and the place is small for a reason. No seats + no tables = a grab n go shop. While I just admit I was hesitant to trying this place (even though I had heard nothing but positive things) I am a die hard tropical smoothie fan However, the moment I walked in the first time they truly made me feel welcome, this being my first time ever there I was unsure what to order but they took the time to actually explain several drinks and recommend based on things I enjoy. They did manage to talk me into purchasing their Tumblr but now I'm able to save some on future orders so I'm saying it's a win on my part. My second time there was even better than the first! The moment I walked in they all greet you with smiles and a warm welcome not to mention it actually smelt very clean (which for me is a HUGE thing). The biggest surprise however, came when they remembered my name (I had only been there ONCE before and that had been several weeks prior) after that I knew this would in fact become my new favorite smoothie place and I can't wait to try all the various drinks they offer. I've heard about this place being really popular on the west coast, and although their start may be rough I sure hope they continue to improve. Similar to the 757's Tropical Smoothie, they provide various combinations of fruit smoothies and I don't think they put in sugar unless requested. Maybe it's my college mindset and close-to-empty wallet, but these prices seem STEEP. It's healthy, but I'd much rather make my own at home. I think the staff is really the key factor to why this place is doing good. Even at 8PM, the staff seemed so energized and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Lights are super blinding (almost to mimic the morning sun) in this crowded place that seems to only fit 20 people. Nice to see a Jamba Juice on this side of the country! It's always a treat to come here and get a smoothie. A bit pricier than other smoothie places but I think it's worth it. You can see what they put in your smoothie and you know it's fresh. Be sure to look up their secret menu! My favorite is the white gummy bear. read more

Very bad and negative vibes in store. They rather check out the hot guys that walk in then make a drink right. After I got my drink I tasted it and it was very sour. I asked for them to remake it and instead of being nice they have such a attitude speaking to you. Then the customer right after me walked back in and ask for them to remake the drink cause it was watery and instead they kinda went back and forth. If it is to watery just remake it for the customer. I lived in Hawaii all my life where Jamba juice is just everywhere and I know what a white gummy bear taste like it. Amazing staff, I popped in an ordered a large pink star and while the staff seemed confused at first they handled the confusion with grace. My smoothie was refreshing, but slightly on the thick side. I love wheatgrass. Wheatgrass juice is an effective healer because it contains all minerals known to man, and vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, l and K. It is extremely rich in protein, and contains 17 amino acids (the building blocks of protein). So yeah. I love it even though it tastes like fresh cut lawn clippings. In large cities wheatgrass is easy to find at most health food stores or fresh juice stores. Not so much in Hampton Roads. Heritage Foods on Laskin and the Heath Food Center on Colley are the only spots I know. When a friend told me that Jamba Juice advertised wheatgrass I was overjoyed. Most Jamba Juice locations do carry wheatgrass (except in the airports). I made a trip to the new outlet mall specifically for wheatgrass at Jamba. I was SOOOOOO EXCITED to see the signs in the window advertising WHEATGRASS!! As I waited in line I watched the overhead video menu display pictures of wheatgrass!!!! When it was my turn to order.... No wheatgrass. Wait what? Jamba Juice ran out because, like me, everyone in Norfolk and Virginia Beach made a mad rush for wheatgrass? Um.... no. The employees didn't know what wheatgrass was or when or EVEN IF they would be selling wheatgrass...... Total dejection. I think I shed an actual tear. I may have looked like a forlorn fool standing there but did the cashier have to look at me as if I was a forlorn fool? I ordered a forgettable, uninspiring watery smoothie.
