This is the closest Jamba Juice in my area. The staff is always nice, quick and gets the orders out quickly. They always are in stock with food items like pretzels which are the best! I haven't used their restroom that I can remember to know if they usually keep it clean and well stocked, but their main floor and outdoor seating area is always kept nice and neat. read more

It is nice that Jamba employees are nice to their friends. It would be better if they extended this courtesy to all customers. One morning I walked in and saw 'Today's Special: Oatmeal $2' so I ordered 2. The clerk charged me regular price. Baffled, I pointed to their Today's Special sign. The mgr looked at me and said in a sharp tone, "That was yesterday's special." Why should anyone know that the $2 Oatmeal was yesterday's special? The sign read Today's Special. Mgr made it seem as if it was my fault for not knowing Jamba Juice's daily special. I don't frequent JJ enough; doubt that I will be returning. Who wants to deal with snappy people. This is THE friendliest Jamba Juice. The place is clean and the smoothies are very good and fast. I do my best to come when Rylee or Devin are working. They are both super friendly and make me want to come back. Overall though the whole staff is cool. Prices are fair and the location is pretty convenient. Would totally recommend! EDIT: Palmer is a new employee who I really think is also amazing! Still though, awesome staff! read more

I ordered online because I noticed it was a new feature and you got a couple dollars off, but unfortunately this store's system doesn't quite work. When I arrived they had no clue I had even ordered, but overall were pretty nice about the situation. They made my order once I showed them my online receipt, the only disappointing thing is my smoothie was pretty watery, but at this point I didn't want to further complain. Hopefully they work out the kinks in their online system. read more

Love jamba juice. Never had any complaints. However I was recently given a Gift card. I went in to use it and the girl behind the counter insisted she must see my id for gift card purchases. I said well it was a gift so my info isn't on the card. She responded with oh its a new company policy. She inspected my id like I was buying liquor or something. read more

Being a GM in the food industry i happen to notice EVERY aspect of customer service when I go places. A blessing and a curse. Today blew me away. I came into this location after a gym workout, only in town visiting, and the gentleman that helped me was the definition of great customer service. I wish I would have seen his name but he was the only worker present. So attentive helpful and genuinely nice. We spoke about my day and he made my experience there wonderful. I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for a couple of months now as it is on my way to work and usually get about average service. However, on this particular morning I had to wait the usual wait because the computers always freeze and when it was finally my turn the girl at the counter had told me they'd been having some computer issues where the server times out and that it might double charge my debit card...after she had already slid my debit card. Well I figured, no harm no foul if there was a problem, like most businesses, they would fix it. So I added something else to my order and was on my way. Less than 15 minutes after I left, I got a text alert from my bank alerting me of the charge occuring FOUR times so I called the Pelandale, Modesto CA store to let them know of the overcharge and asked if I could come in or somehow have the duplicate charges reversed. After having MUCH trouble and attitude from the girl on the phone, I asked when I could come in to speak to her manager. She then informed me she was the manager and that since the error wasn't on her computer that it didn't happen and that it was my bank's fault even after her employee who served me had already let me know it was likely to happen. After her basically calling me a liar for about five minutes and me offering to come in and show her my bank statements she then just kept putting me off to call corporate "in which case, they probably won't do anything at all.. since it's my bank's fault anyway." I should have known this woman would have been no assistance to me as when I went in she was talking on the phone the entire 20 minutes and the poor employee girl was bustling about trying to help everyone while her manager was too busy having her personal conversation. I have never, ever had worst service in my life and have never been spoken to more rudely by someone who Jama Juice would give the positon of manager to. I am highly disappointed and will tell everyone how terrible their service and attitude is at Pelandale, Modesto Jamba Juice. DO NOT GO friends if you do not want to be stolen from and talked down to, Cosco has smoothies right next door and I'm sure a whole lot better service. read more
