Smoothies! Smoothies! Smoothies! One of my most favorite places ever! Any time I am in the area, I try to make a quick stop to get my favorite Strawberry Surf Rider! They always make it perfect and it always leaves me feeling refreshed. Also, the staff is always friendly and quick with making orders which is an added plus. Jamba Juice is one of the only franchise smoothie joints that I like. I'm kind of lame when it comes to what I order because I stick with what I like: Razzmatazz, Mango a go go and Strawberry Surf. Here's the good news: my "Peach Perfection" was very good. Now for the not so good news. I was the only customer inside, yet the service was unreasonably slow. Customer service is awful!! The young girl at the counter was prissy and just made the whole experience horrid and when she made my bowl, she didn't wear gloves!! And I didn't see her wash her hands. Update to a previous review. Walked in just before 2 PM on a Wednesday. I notice there are 8 or 9 people obviously waiting for drink orders. There is one person ordering at the counter, and 3 people in line waiting to order. I get in line. After a minute the person placing the order has finished, and the next person moves up. I then realize there are NO other employees. No one making drinks, just the one cashier. No one waiting around has gotten their order yet. The printer is spitting out the app order slips like crazy. I decided it wasn't worth the wait and walked out, and it's not the first time at this store. I know all the restaurants are short on help these days, and I am more patient than usual because of it, but this seems to be a managerial issue more than a staffing issue. I regularly go to a number other Jamba locations in town and have never experienced this kind of problem at any of them, even during the pandemic. This store needs to get its act together. read more

This Jamba Juice is very spacious, clean, and has a really motivated and friendly staff. They get pretty busy and yet the staff is prompt and really upbeat. I stopped by with a friend recently and I really wanted to remember what smoothie I used to get when I was a kid, so I tried explaining what I remembered it tasting like to an employee and he was such a sweetheart and super patient. I ended up getting a drink I knew I'd like and not risking getting what might have been my childhood favorite. He also gave me a sample of their pitaya bowl, good but not as sweet and I like them. I appreciate good service and this location's staff embodies excellent service and makes me want to stop by just to say hello. Jamba Juice is a staple brand that everyone knows what it is and isn't so at this point so a review, especially a long one, isn't warranted. I just would like to say that this location is my favorite because if I say I want my smoothie "super blended" they actually super blend it. Not blend it for an extra couple of seconds or "double blend" as the other locations call it. I come here all the time and the quality of the drinks and service are good. Tried: a bunch of different smoothies. My favorite right now is the tropical mango refresher drink. It's made with coconut water and has a thinner consistency than the regular smoothies. Service: For a short while, Jamba had a Happy hour promotion where you could get $1 smoothies from 9-11pm i think. There were obviously LOTS of people taking advantage of this. I asked her a question about why my juice was half full and she was being a typical little girl bopping her head, breaking her neck and rolling her eyes while laughing, so unprofessional! Customer service is key when I go into any business. Let's first start off with not being greeted and having the front staff act like he didn't want to be at work. I had to greet him while he had an air-pod , and had no enthusiasm at all. He then proceeded to get my drink wrong when he rung me up. As I was handed my order I noticed the drink was wrong right of the back because the color was not the same. The girl who handed me my drink remade it with no problem and told him he put in the wrong order , he then proceeded to talk under his breath and said I didn't tell him that and. I didn't order correctly. Long story short , I used to work at this location years ago and never did it cross my mind to treat customers like they don't mean anything to the business. To better a situation where you made a mistake, apologize, remake or refund , give them the mess on the house and do your best to keep them as a customer. This location's service has gone down over the years, I only come sometimes because it's convenient to my house. Better training is needed for sure. I won't be returning anytime soon . read more
