oh Jamba, one of the nouns that I haven't tired of, nor have I made tired. At least not this one...at least not that I know... This particular one closes an hour later than the rest. So helpful to me, being this nocturnal type; and if not for the last minute, nothing would ever get done. Most joints look cockeyed at you if you show up 20 minutes before close, even if your need would take them but 2 minutes. These ungrateful for my biz types can kiss my grits, my bone$, and everything else but my face. Unless for some annoying reason, I'm stuck with them, and they with me. Look, I'm super duper beyond biased when it comes to Jamba Juice because I am all kinds of in love with it. BUT it's a chain and they use frozen ingredients and blahblah. Great service at this place, they give you the largest size when you order an "Original" and tip them, and they offer the white gummy bear even though apparently the secret menu isn't always available in CA? What is that about? Anyhow, my favorites are Orange a Peel, Aloha Pineapple, and when I need a super refreshing smoothie...Razzmataz. By far my favorite location. I am addicted to jamba juice. I initially started going for the wheatgrass, but now have started with the smoothies. However, I love this location for the service. They are all pleasant and prompt. It seems like this location has lots of catering orders and still manage to get the drinks out in a timely manner. The MB location always takes 15-20 mins to get my drink out. So I thought I had to point out that this location does an outstanding job. read more

This place Constantly runs out of staple fruits like strawberries or bananas, how can you possibly run out of fruit if you are a fruit based place. All you literally sell contains fruit. Came into here and there was no one in line. Only received half my order while new customers came in and got their orders and left. 20 mins for nothing. Then when a manager came and giggled and said she doesn't want it no more. No ma'am I rather have my money back than wait for poor customer service. By far the worst customer service my bill was 12 dollars I handed a 50 she gave me 7 dollars back I said excuse me I gave you a 50 she was really polite about it called over her manager and her manager tells my husband the next time you pay we don't take anything over 20 my husband didn't reply to it but then they messed up my order by giving me two small drinks and on large when I ordered two large when I told the manager she was like oh well it's the same thing I said no miss I would like to enjoy my drink out of one cup I ordered it that way and you have been nothing but rude to us since your cashier made a mistake at the register the way you talked to us was so uncalled for and you should work better on your customer service lets just say we won't be returning there to bad they have a horrible manager the staff looks stressed out working under her management bad service shame on Jumna juice for making her manager read more

Stopped in for my jamba fix :) ordered up my oatmea w banana, carribean passio smoothie and a apple cin pretzel. Waited patiently as everythinh moved smoothly until a guy who purchased his smoothie after me was called up for his order. I stand there confused like did this realky happen that they are disorganized even with their computer screen orders that prompt them. The girl walks off after giving him his smoothie,takes the dirty blender containers to the back and finally returns. She stands there then looks down finally to see a smoothie n pretzel sitting there, u see confusion pop on her face and then she asks her coworker about the oatmeal. Then she realizes ohhhhh shoot this order was missed by herself. She finally calls my name, no apologies at all. I kindly let her know that maybe she should be a little more organized and pay attention to the details. She realizes that I know her mistake, but still no apology. Service from this younger generation of the tech age is horrendous. Acknowledgment of the mistake would have made the world of difference and would have corrected the service issue. read more

Been going to this location for the longest because it's close by. I have never had a bad experience here and they make the drinks to my liking. The workers I came across are friendly and always greeted me. I tried almost all the fruit drinks on the menu and today I decided to try the green juice. It was actually good! Better then I expected. My husband works right down the street from this Jamba so I thought I would give it a try to see if it was ok. You can never be to sure with places like these because one location can be the best and one location can just suck. I like the attitude of the workers here they were all really cool and another good thing is that they got our drinks out fast. It was not as crowded as we thought it would be for a hot mid week afternoon I was expecting a bunch of school kids in there but nope there was none. I ordered the strawberries wild which is like my favorite, I got a medium and was happy with the taste of this place. There are not a lot of seating options here which is one of the downsides unless you want to sit outside but it was hot so who wants to do that. We were lucky enough to get a little bar seat and just hang out of a bit. I am not to sure of the area I mean it is Bixby Knolls but a little bit further down and it gets a bit rough so I was not as comfortable with the overall crowd walking in to order. The employees were amazing though, I would for sure come back and order again just to go though not to hang out again! read more

Smoothie was good after I finally received it. Line of people behind me & the people in front of me had multiple counterfeit $5 bills. I had never seen that before. They marked black & the manager came out & took the counterfeit $ back to the office while we all sat there stagnant wondering if they would eventually take orders from customers with real money. After a few minutes she then came back out & explained that they were 100% counterfeit bills & she was technically supposed to confiscate them but she didn't feel it necessary apparently. They made the line wait until they were done figuring out what they were going to do about the counterfeit money before they helped the next customer in line which happened to be me & I'm not the only customer in line. After they decided to let the customer keep her counterfeit bills they then decided to take orders from the people with real money. Way to go Jamba Juice. Illegal activity & bad service! I just arrived at jambs juice and I've been waiting for over 15 minutes just so my kids can get a simple strawberries with banana drink. I continue to see other which arrived a lot later than me receive their drinks. I'm a patient person but after 15-17 minutes my kids virtually go through their entire bag of chips and continue to wait. I eventually go up to the counter and ask for my kids drink at which they say I'm sorry I thought we gave you your drinks. At this point I get really irate at the fact that kids are asking me what happened to my drink dad. I ask for the manager and eventually speak to him about my situation. The manager was polite enough to ask me if I wanted a refund at which I politely said I'm ok I want the Dinka which I came for as good service. My experience today was extremely unpleasant and I doubt that I will return back to this Jamba Juice and the fact that I live a few blocks from here read more

Unlike the store in Compton (where I have been going lately) this store has been less than successful with integrating the juice bar. They are sloppy, inattentive and not very professional about their job (especially the current manager- awful). The wait times have been super long especially in the morning when they appear to be understaffed. Juicing takes time, so the rest of the service suffers. Lastly, the redesign of this store to incorporate the juice bar is awkward (not enough room - it is a sadly comical sight to watch staff running into each other). Frankly, my preference is to never go in the Bixby store again. This is sad since I live right around the corner in this neighborhood. read more

I love my neighborhood of bixby knolls ..... but the last two times I have visited this jamba location the employees are not very friendly and not all but today the girl on pouring drinks was very rude and messy..... blenders stacked so high in three different stacks dirty..... she had ample time to put them in the sink to be washed or at least out of the way of the customers.... when I was called for my drinks she shoved them to me no offer of a drink carrier or explanation.... so when I asked for a carrier she rudely responded we don't have any..... apologies or anything just a get out of my face type of response...... she caught me on a good day bc had it been a bad day I would've wanted a refund and snatch my tip back...... but what I will do is not return to this location nor will any of my family members and it's 8 of us that visit this location at least twice a week...... but not anymore ..... so disappointed especially bc I know Jamba Juice the company prides itself of good vibes and great health...... read more
