I like the protein smoothies so it's nice to have one the airport on the way to a flight. Easy location though it was pretty busy. Full menu as well though I only got a smoothie.

Acai bowl with Strawberries and Blueberries

Perhaps it was my starvation and exhaustion talking after landing for my layover here, but I was so pleasantly surprised with how good my acai bowl was here! Plenty of fresh strawberries and blueberries (I asked for no bananas due to my husband's allergy) with a good portion of acai at the bottom. Flavorful and refreshing!

The açaí bowl here is meh. The pb and banana protein shake is my go to drink and was pretty good. I don't know about the employees though, why so grumpy.

Peanut butter moo'd - ordered a small, and they filled me up to a medium! Score.

Yes, this might be an amateur Jamba Juice location, but I'm still full of gratitude to put something delicious and healthier into my body - the peanut butter moo'd is a smoothie I first had at Jamba Juice two decades ago and have been remaking it at home ever since. Delicious blend of PB, banana, and chocolate with a scoop of whey for kicks. I don't feel like nit-picking today, everyone was trying their best, and that was good enough for me.

Good product. Slow service. No smiles from behind the counter but I guess making smoothies all day whike dealing with difficult travelers, it's hard to maintain any modicum of friendliness.

Waiting longer on the Jamba Juice line then at security.

Yikes. Long lines on a Saturday I understand. Those working at Jamba Juice having no hustle because they don't care (literally out of the cashier's mouth) is not cool. I get it, but the resolution to the problem is to move the line so you get over the hump. Not just let it fester and grow. The line through security was shorter.

Paid $10 for a large and couldn't even fill it up? I want my money back. Jamba Juice at JFK is a joke

Ordered the aloha pineapple. They ran out of pineapple sherbet so they gave me the rasberry. She also upgraded me to a bigger size. Yeahhh.

Rude employees. Seems like they don't want to be there. They mumble and roll their eyes, worst jamba I've ever been to.

About 10 people are waiting for their order as we all watch one of the workers chill and sip on her orange juice instead of doing her job.

Absolutely terrible service. She even poured out some of my smoothie after I kindly asked for the leftovers. Incredibly rude.

A 12oz Strawberry Dreamin' isn't purpose to taste sour. 90% wasted, thrown in the trash & $4.15 down the drain.

Yikes, it took longer to get a smoothie here than it took to get to JFK. It's actually surreal how slow this place is.

Lately customer service hasn't been as great, still good but could be better. The place really…read moresmells like marijuana constantly and it's a bit of a turn off but I think it's coming from the customers. The drinks are decent and like all other juice places. Similarly to other places they are a bit overpriced in my opinion.

So happy to have found this local juice bar. There are a lot of offerings: juices, smoothies,…read moreimmunity shots, detoxes, salads, empanadas, açaí bowl, avocado toast, and patties. I was stuck between ordering the coco crazy smoothie (mango, kale, banana, and coconut-water) or the 5pm on the block juice (pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, and mint - wakes the body up.) I asked the young lady what she thinks I should get and she recommended the coco crazy smoothie. She let me taste it before pouring it into a cup, in case I wanted any adjustments (which I found to be a really nice touch.) I loved the smoothie it was really good. It wasn't too sweet and you could taste all of the different components. I also got the cold and flu immunity shot. It was so cold and refreshing. It consisted of ginger, lemon, and cayenne. I definitely recommend trying both. You can create your own juices, smoothies, and salads. There are so many different flavors for patties and empanadas. I look forward to coming back and trying more things off of their menu. I would love to see some soups on the menu as well. I definitely look forward to supporting this business and I wish them the best!

If you're looking to be ignored when you walk in, not greeted, spoken to rudely, and treated like you're an inconvenience, then this is the place for you. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and customer service seem to be completely absent. The staff consistently came across as unfriendly, dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming, with attitudes that made the entire experience uncomfortable. I guess this is to be expected from a Jamaican establishment. There are two men who work there one with locs and another shorter gentleman as well and a woman who never smiles and face looks unpleasant and mean. Every interaction I've had with them has been unpleasant. They come across as unapproachable, and as if they don't want customers there. It's incredibly off-putting. The only exception was one young woman who seemed polite. If you're lucky enough to be helped by her, your experience may be different. Unfortunately, everyone else I encountered projected such negative energy that it made me question whether I even wanted them preparing my food. A welcoming atmosphere matters, especially at a place serving food and drinks. When employees treat customers with hostility, it doesn't inspire confidence or make people want to return. The last two times I ordered a smoothie, it was so thick and overly sweet that I couldn't even drink it. Both ended up in the trash, which was a complete waste of money. I also ordered a patty that didn't taste fresh and upset my stomach afterward. I can't say for certain why, but it certainly did not taste freshly prepared. Based on both the customer service and the quality of the food, I would not recommend this business. Management seriously needs to reevaluate the customer experience and invest in hiring and training staff who understand the importance of treating customers with basic respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Loyal customers are what keep local businesses alive, and treating people this way is not a recipe for long-term success. Overall, I'd rate this business 2 out of 10.
