The dude and I came to this Jamba Juice which is locator in the River Park plaza. We came around February 2020 like 30 minutes before closing we were in the area and I wanted a quick treat. I got my favorite Strawberry Whirl which is like the lowest calorie drink which was pretty good. I opted for almond milk as it's low in calories plus it's unsweetened. The staff was very friendly and clean inside. They have new menu food and drink products I want to try out when I reach my weight loss goals as a lot of the drinks are high in sugars. The dud enjoyed his drink which he got the Orange C Booster. Overall, I enjoyed my drink and make sure if you already haven't to sign up for their rewards system which you get pretty awesome rewards if you go there often. Me and my family have always loved to go to this jamba and we have visited many times before and never had any issues. On my latest visit i ordered the same drink i order every time and have ordered at this same location many times before, as soon as i arrived to the location i noticed a young man cleaning the floors and i waited around 5 to be attended.. after i had explained to him what i wanted to order he looked at me with a blank stare and said okay and CONTINUED to clean the floors.. not a problem but definitely did not make any of us feel welcomed but instead if we were a bother, it was until we had to REMIND him that we were ready. After he finally came over to us and began to take our order we explained exactly how we wanted our drink and he kept asking questions that we've never been asked before about the drink (just to still get it wrong) all meanwhile having a blank expression just seeming so careless. Not to mention we've ordered this drink from him before and another employee helped him to make it correctly. When we got the drink right off the bat we could tell it wasn't made right just by the color and the taste was completely off. Really great worker! Very kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. They have tons of good stuff to try. Bought oatmeal's and asked the worker what was best. He recommended the brown sugar and strawberries or blueberries and I picked two with all 3 toppings. Also ordered the turkey sausage wrap. Looked really good! The oatmeal was delicious! Cooked good with the fresh fruit and brown sugar! Yummy! The wrap was just as good! Turkey sausage was really good! Along with the egg and cheese. Delicious! The place was very clean and organized. I have given this location multiple chances. I'm done. Will not go back to this location ever again. The staff are not friendly, not helpful and on top of all that, they make terrible smoothies. I don't know how you can make a bad Jamba Juice smoothie but they do. They are usually very melted looking even after getting them immediately made. On top of that, they don't even make the smoothies to the correct size. Always extra small. VERY disappointed. I will drive out of my way by several miles just to get a good Jamba experience. Love coming to this Jamba Juice, they are very nice and welcoming. People get easily upset when places are busy but that is not the restaurants fault! Just be patient and understanding. The service here is fast and polite. The juice is consistently the same as all the other locations. We stay with the classic strawberries wild. My only little complaint is that the large wooden table that had been inside is gone. I know the location is small and they have a lot of seating outside but it's hot hot out there. I don't always want to be standing up to wait for my order to be ready. There was a nice customer who gave up his chair for my kids. That was really nice. So his child and my children were all sitting as the two adults stood waiting for the drinks to be ready. You can only have about three families in there at one time. One standing and ordering. Two waiting for smoothies and ready to leave to give up their seats for the next round of people. Another hot Jamba spot in town!!! We like this one. They make all of the smoothies just right. After a day shopping or out and about around Riverpark this is the happening spot for Jamba Juice lovers! I love their Belgian waffles and other pastries they're really good. Just your run of the mill Jamba Juice, but it's in Riverpark, so it's generally busy. However, most of the times I come here, it's at an off-time of the day so there's nobody there. The employees are nice and helpful and I haven't had a bad experience. read more

Worst service ever! I don't normally write reviews, but when you have a line of customers and no one to take your order. This is definitely not good practice. I had a guy tell me at the cash register that he's on break, only to see him go back to working and ignore us. This location definitely needs more retraining! read more
