It's been a while since I've visited Jamba (probably a couple of years) but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here! The staff were all very welcoming and my order was taken and prepared in a short amount of time. Although I didn't see it on the menu, they still offer the matcha green tea blast (smoothie). If you haven't already, I recommend downloading their rewards app. I already had an account from a while back and I received 50% off my drink, which made the price super reasonable. The prices have gotten pretty steep over the years ($7-8 for a small), but I think it's a nice splurge if you want something refreshing! read more

She claimed to be out of ingredients for the drink that I already paid for, then made a different drink that cost several dollars less than what I originally paid. When I requested a simple refund since I couldn't get what I originally paid for, she claimed there was nothing she could do. Stay away, unless you don't mind getting ripped off. read more

This Jamba location still doesn't have pineapples and I've been coming here on a weekly basis for the past 3 weeks. I usually get the vanilla blue sky smoothie which has pineapple in it, but every time I go in, they don't have any. (Which the managers will probably blame on Covid, but there's a VONS down the street .... I digress) . Anyways Crystal made my smoothie the other night and she did such a pretty decent job. I substituted mangos for pineapples and the flavor was pretty decent. Overall, this is an OK place for a smoothie or a bowl... a bit overpriced and the staff aren't always welcoming or nice. I come to jumba juice once in a while my bf is usually the one who craves the smoothie type of drinks and I'm not much of a fruit person. First time at this location the place is very open and clean many sitting areas it was about 7pm on a week night we were the only ones there. The workers were very friendly. I had coupon for a buy one 16oz get one free equal or greater value which is a great deal! I always get the strawberries wild in my opinion it just perfect bend of strawberries and bananas and the flavor is not overwhelming my bf got the mango go go which is also good. I also realized they had rewards program for those who come often (unless they had it for a while now and I have just never noticed, since I don't come often) it's always a great idea to be apart of a rewards program. For every $1 your spend you get a "banana point " and after 35 points you get $3 off, and just signing up gives you $3 off and this reward can be conveniently downloaded on app on ur mobile device. read more

The employees always have a bad attitude there I went today June 2.2025 around 7:30 pm and the lady that did my smoothie was mad and frustrated if she Dosent want too work there she should look for another job people like this is what makes you not want too go back too Jamba Juice first of all she gave my drinks not even full I order a large and it was like she gave me a medium on a large cup then she took out of a cup too put on too another cup then while she was doing that she smashed my cup with the blender while she was poring the smoothie into the other cup I was like really did she just do that so there I come with my half full smoothie and my top of the cup smashed then I rember why I didn't buy drinks at Jamba on kings canyon and Clovis for the exact same reason people like this give these kind of places bad reviews mangers should be more on top of employees too have them do there job right pretty soon tiu will see Jamba Juice closeing business because of the lack of effort of there employees read more

Always the go-to Jamba location. They never mess up my Matcha Green Tea Blast with whey. Workers are very friendly and always greet you. I wish there were more parking spots in that area since they are in the corner and share it with Chronic Tacos and Round Table. I recommend signing up for their Jamba Insider because you get points from your purchases and they accumulate toward free smoothies. I went to Jamba and placed my order. 10 minutes pass. Nothing. I go and ask about my order. They "forgot" and went to work on it right away. It comes and there is COCONUT on it which I specifically requested no to. So I made them remake it. Did they offer a better solution? No. Did they offer a refund? No. All I got was an "I'm sorry." Smoothies at Jamba Juice are delicious, but I was very disappointed in the service. I called in an order for 4 smoothies ahead of time for me and my coworkers. I spoke with the General Manager who took my order and told me I could pick it up in 5 minutes. I work nearby and only get a 10 minute break, so that was perfect. Except, when I got there, no one knew about my order and nothing was prepared. I had to wait in line, place my order again, then wait for my 4 smoothies. I was late back to work. The employees did make a strong effort to get me out quickly, but I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and leadership from the manager. read more

My husband and I went to this location with a fundraiser card that says buy 1 get 1 free and he asked the girl named Savannah if he can use the card there and she said yes but you have two BUY TWO but the card says buy one get one free not buy two. She was rude from the second that he walked into the place and she came from the back so front area was left unattended. She said the card was self explanatory after apologizing for her attitude because my husband didn't appreciate it. Yet it's self explanatory but she couldn't communicate it back correctly & was rude on top of it. She didn't ask if he still wanted to use the card or anything. He asked for a manager and she said "I'm one of them" He didn't feel welcomed from the beginning & only walked out with one drink since she said he had to buy two. Makes no sense. This location has some opportunities and should receive training and maybe some clarification on the promotions you offer. Keeping a positive attitude and a positive atmosphere goes a long way. I then called another Jamba Juice location in River Park and I was professionally greeted by a person named Jessica and she explained that the card is still valid and that yes it's buy one get one free not buy two. But she also explained that this location does not have the same franchisee owner. In the end she welcomed me to use this card at their location and I appreciate her for being professional and answering all my questions & will now go to this location clear across town to use my card. I go here every so often and all employees I've ever had an encounter with are always joyful. They are extremely polite and very professional. I ordered online for the first time recently and couldn't figure out how to add extra honey to my Greek yogurt bowl. After placing the order I called to ask the employee if they could add it and charge me when I got there, I expected total annoyance but got the total opposite.
