It tastes like it's made with jasmine tea and is it extremely bitter. I guess I needed to ask them to sweeten it? But that has never been the case at any other boba shop I've been to and there was no indication on the menu to request any sort of sweetness level. When I got home, I put 5 spoonfuls of brown sugar into it in hopes that it would help. It's a little better, but still has that intense bitterness that lingers in the back of your mouth. When we expressed interest in hiring this company for catering, they got back to us right away with quotes, information on services, and availability. When we discovered that there was a lot of paperwork to get this food truck onto our work grounds, Alex was more than willing to step up to the plate and help get it all in with our management! From fire extinguisher inspections to COI proof, he was prepared for every signature. For his determination in getting all of the paperwork finished, I am forever grateful. As A Food Truck: Friendly Fruits had a wide variety of flavors and drink types to choose from, with many even having mixed flavor options and dairy-free choices! He even made it simple for our clients by printing out mini-menus, having them circle the options they want, and writing their names + any dietary restrictions. This truck had a wide range of healthy and sweet drinks! He also took precautions seriously and ensured that items which may invoke allergies did not cross-contaminate with one another.
