Restrooms were filthy. Service was good. Needed more help to serve the number of people.

Fantastic smoothie, stop! Came here on a hot day needing a refreshment, and it was satisfying! The staff were welcoming and quick to serve you. There was no wait, and it was perfectly blended. Strawberry surfrider is a drink that I've had since I was a kid, glad they keep the classics, but they have added a lot to their menus recently. This a great sweet treat any day! read more

I visited Jamba Juice all the time when I lived in California. This location is a little out of the way from where I normally travel but I finally decided to come by and try it out. In the past 2 months I've come by 4 different times. There has been a sign on the front door since I first visited this location that says a few of their blenders are broken and wait times may be longer than normal; this made me worry some. But each time I've been in I've never experienced an issue waiting for my drink. I've even been in the store when there were 10-12 people ordering drinks and I still didn't experience a long wait. I've tried 5-6 different drinks and they've all been pretty good! I don't have any complaints about this location. PRO TIP: you can order a large drink and they can split it into 2, 3, or 4 smaller cups at no extra charge. read more

Came in here at 1:30 on a Sunday. As I'm walking in, two people were walking out. They warned me that it might take a while. Inside there's a lot of people in line and a couple of people waiting for their orders. After about 10 minutes in line, another couple got out of line and also left. There's 1 person working here, 1! I hope they make a good drink, because last time it was wrong. Whoever owns this place needs to either hire more help or come in and work! Y'all are losing business. 20 minutes to get my order. read more

Was my first time at a Jamba Juice location, employee working the counter was super helpful in recommending popular flavors. Fast and efficient service. White Gummi smoothie and Caribbean Passion smoothie were both very refreshing with great flavor! read more

I always enjoy the smoothies from here and most of the staff is very friendly. Except one of the younger girls who was working today. I walked into the store, was the only one, was not greeted by either girls standing at the front. Then two men walked in shortly after me and they greeted them. When I walked up to the register and said hello, no response from the cashier & she was very short with me and also wearing air pods while working. I don't know what her problem is because she has been like this towards me before on another occasion, and I do not know her. Just not a pleasant experience when she's working. read more

If I could go zero stars I would. I've gone to 3 Jamba Juices here in the Aurora/Denver area and the service and establishment is constantly CRAP. I'm bummed cause I am (WAS) a Jamba Fanatic! Each time I've gone to a JJ there is a smell of vomit in the air (what the HELL?!) the service sucks to HELL, and there is not an urgency or professionalism to serve customers. it's like I've entered into someone's living room and I'm a nuisance to the inexperienced workers behind the counter. There was no greeting of customers upon entry into the establishment, and apparently the personal conversations between the workers and the washing of the dishes are more important than good solid customers service. Jamba Juice is flushing itself down the toilet with its lackadaisical customer service and literal vomit filled atmosphere. Too bad. Jamba USED to be good. Not any more. read more

You get exactly what you order and it's tasty. I like the added vitamin boosters you can get. It's a good smoothie. Staff is fine.

Cheerful staff, ready to customize drinks. High quality smoothies and lots of options.

Second time coming to this location and it being closed, more than likely due to someone being irresponsible or lack of staffing. They are for sure unreliable and it honestly pisses me off, luckily Einstein Bros was right beside it. read more

Awful. I left in the middle of placing my order today. The incompetent girl with dyed gray hair that was working was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had my mask on and in the middle of placing my order, I pulled my mask SLIGHTLY away from my nose to defog my prescription glasses to see what I was ordering. Not below my nose, slightly off my nose. She rudely asked me to put my mask up. It was up. I explained this to her and she said it's our policy, snotty. I said forget about it and left. What is wrong with people? It's no wonder why every single time I have ever been in this store it is completely empty. Just look at their reviews. Yikes. This is what happens when you hire rude, incompetent, employees that seem to have a hidden agenda. That "for lease" sign will be up shortly. read more

I am normally pretty even handed with these things and I like to think I do my best to communicate an honest and informative account of my experience in the establishments I visit. That being said, this place is poop. I asked the person behind the register if she could make a juice that was have apple and half carrot with a shot of ginger and she looked at me like I asked her to just solve all the worlds problems real quick. I said I'd be happy to go if it was a problem and she told me (with more than a little attitude) "I don't have a recipe for that..." I'm pretty sure that's the part I just gave you... Anyway, as I sit here on a Saturday morning... oh my God, It's 2pm! As I sit here complaining about the service I just got while ordering my $5 juice in the safest, probably richest, certainly most entitled country on earth, I am suddenly struck by how dumb I'm being... So I guess I'm done complaining? The juice was pretty good... I'll probably go back... read more

This place is always clean and smells great when you go in, the smoothies are affordable and they have some fun seasonal smoothies. My only disappointment is with the fresh squeezed juice. I ordered one here the other day and they used fresh squeezed orange juice but then blended it up with other fruits (not juicing them, more a smoothie). read more

Bummer -- it's typically tough to mess up a smoothie. I've been to plenty of Jamba Juices but today's experience was different. Both smoothies had the consistency of liquid. Likely operator error. read more

It's Jamba Juice- simple corporate recipes made by high school/ college students. It's hard to go wrong. Was an in-and-out trip, but I had a pleasant experience overall. Service could have been a smidgeon better and the lobby looked a little too messy for a Sunday. Especially with 4 people working and no lines. Order was delivered right away. Order = Caribbean Paradise (it was great!). read more

Great service , the manager Lindsey is absolutely amazing. Made my day by being so happy and friendly.

I have been coming to this location since I've I was a kid. This last time the employees were not communicating/banging equipment and blenders around. One boy was even swearing giving us dirty looks and tabbed our order out so it was never even made and we had to ask about it. Like what happened? I miss what this store used to be. read more

I was greeted promptly and assisted with amazing and friendly service by Shannon, Jared and dhmar. This is why I love coming back here people like this are amazing!!! read more

I've been a regular to this location off powers for many years. I've had the displeasure of dealing with the spoiled and entitled teenage girl, I believe, the last reviewer was describing. She has been extremely rude and disrespectful the last few times I've been there. She absolutely should not be interacting with customers in any job!! I will not be supporting this establishment anymore and if she keeps chasing your customers away, I'm sure you will be closing your doors in the future!! read more

Ambiance: Rather small space for this popular juice and smoothie chain. Just a few small tables inside and a small bar area alongside one window. There are several outdoor tables, though not all that inviting in biting winter weather. Order at counter and wait for name to be called when your beverage is ready. Really loud rock music makes this place not so relaxing for dining in (I think the music is playing for the benefit of the employees and not their customers). Service: Young, quasi-edgy counter help. Friendly. Food/Drink: Your standard smoothie joint. Nice selection, with many add-in options for your drink. Prices seem competitive. There are a few food items I did not sample (such as muffins and baked pretzels). Overall, a reliable and good juice/smoothie option. read more

I'm only writing this in hopes the asshole who was in front of us on Wednesday, December 5 reads it. Dear Mr. "I don't think you put Whey in my shake last week"- You are a piece of shit. Seriously. You waited a week to complain. You finished your drink. Then made a special trip back to that location to complain that you didn't think they put whey in your shake. How do you know? It's a strawberry smoothie. You aren't gonna taste the whey. And looking at you, you need a dozen cheese burgers, a shot of testosterone, and a gym trainer. Lack of Whey isn't your problem you entitled pos. I'll give you the $3 to help curb, what I'm assuming, you'll claim as a situation that caused you PTSD. Hope Planet Fitness works out for you. Ass. read more

Been here a dozen plus times. Juices are generally okay. But at least half the time in the morning they don't have oatmeal and don't seem to care. They get a little snippy if you try to order it... it is still on the menu, isn't it? read more

My first visit to this location and they don't have pineapple chunks for the Piña Colada I ALWAYS get...not happy. But the store was clean and fast with my order. Maybe next time it'll work out and they'll have the ingredients they need. read more

I went today and received extremely rude service. I was not impressed and was half tempted to take my service somewhere else. I am a Manager and I would be very disappointed if my staff treated people the way that I was treated today by 2 different employees. read more

This location at north academy in the Sam's Club shopping center- I purchased a card from my nephew for his soccer fundraiser- have went into this store two times and boy the workers seem like maybe they're being held against their will and are being tortured for working there. The smoothie/juice was prepared well- so I added a 2nd star. read more

Jamba Juice is probably the perfect place to go in the summer. Has awesome but overwhelming choices of the flavors of your smoothie that you want, and the best customer service! The only thing is that I wanted to get an Orange Dream Machine in a kids' size, but they didn't have that!! It's an outrage.. Overall though, I rated it 5 stars in a heartbeat!!! read more

I ordered a M strawberries wild with 2 extra sides of strawberries. It all did not fit in the medium cup so I asked for the extra and he said I could not have it because of store policy even tho I payed for the extra sides of strawberries. Very disappointed read more

Went in this morning at around 8:30am. According to store hours, they've been open since 7am. Chairs were still stacked. One customer in the store, the lady behind the counter finished his order, barely glanced up and then proceeded to blend something else, completely ignoring me. I get that everyone has a bad day, but don't take it out on customers. I walked out after several minutes of being ignored. Definitely won't be back again. read more

Employees were completely rude! The store was not supposed to close for at least 5 to 10 minutes, bit they told me they were closed already and were so rude the way they said it. I would not recommend this place to anyone just because of their staff! Which is too bad because they do have good smoothies. read more

I came in for a smoothie with the chia seed topper specifically because the topper is my favorite treat. The gal messed up and put chia seeds in the smoothie. When I said I had asked for the topper, they wanted to charge me an extra dollar instead of simply fixing it-dumping out a little bit of smoothie and putting the chia topper in. Poor customer service. read more

Always love my Jamba Juice on a hot summer day. How are you out of fruit though and your feature item is fresh squeezed strawberry juice? Six employees in the place and half of them were standing around occupying space. Go get some fruit and get to juicin! read more

I can see why Jamba juice is a dying chain the employees are totally rude. I went to pay for my order with a $50 bill and the lady just handed it back and responded I can't accept it at first she said she can't take a $100 bill then said $50. I understand not accepting lager bills but there are so many ways it could have been handled. Gave 2 stars because I love there smoothies however can't really see myself going back to this location. read more

Has anyone ever noticed that when a new product comes out they always give you a fair amount and then shortly thereafter the serving size shrinks and the price goes up? Watch for it, it happens everywhere including Jamba Juice. Really disgusted with my smoothie bowl, very little fruit, mostly almond milk with ice which is the least expensive ingredient and not very good customer service. I paid close to $8 for what? Not much!!!! Not going back!!!! read more
