I visited Jamba Juice all the time when I lived in California. This location is a little out of the way from where I normally travel but I finally decided to come by and try it out. In the past 2 months I've come by 4 different times. There has been a sign on the front door since I first visited this location that says a few of their blenders are broken and wait times may be longer than normal; this made me worry some. But each time I've been in I've never experienced an issue waiting for my drink. I've even been in the store when there were 10-12 people ordering drinks and I still didn't experience a long wait. I've tried 5-6 different drinks and they've all been pretty good! I don't have any complaints about this location. PRO TIP: you can order a large drink and they can split it into 2, 3, or 4 smaller cups at no extra charge. read more

Came in here at 1:30 on a Sunday. As I'm walking in, two people were walking out. They warned me that it might take a while. Inside there's a lot of people in line and a couple of people waiting for their orders. After about 10 minutes in line, another couple got out of line and also left. There's 1 person working here, 1! I always enjoy the smoothies from here and most of the staff is very friendly. Except one of the younger girls who was working today. I walked into the store, was the only one, was not greeted by either girls standing at the front. Then two men walked in shortly after me and they greeted them. When I walked up to the register and said hello, no response from the cashier & she was very short with me and also wearing air pods while working. I had my mask on and in the middle of placing my order, I pulled my mask SLIGHTLY away from my nose to defog my prescription glasses to see what I was ordering. I asked the person behind the register if she could make a juice that was have apple and half carrot with a shot of ginger and she looked at me like I asked her to just solve all the worlds problems real quick. This place is always clean and smells great when you go in, the smoothies are affordable and they have some fun seasonal smoothies. My only disappointment is with the fresh squeezed juice. If I could go zero stars I would. I've gone to 3 Jamba Juices here in the Aurora/Denver area and the service and establishment is constantly CRAP. I'm bummed cause I am (WAS) a Jamba Fanatic! Each time I've gone to a JJ there is a smell of vomit in the air (what the HELL?!) the service sucks to HELL, and there is not an urgency or professionalism to serve customers. it's like I've entered into someone's living room and I'm a nuisance to the inexperienced workers behind the counter. There was no greeting of customers upon entry into the establishment, and apparently the personal conversations between the workers and the washing of the dishes are more important than good solid customers service. There are several outdoor tables, though not all that inviting in biting winter weather. Order at counter and wait for name to be called when your beverage is ready. Really loud rock music makes this place not so relaxing for dining in (I think the music is playing for the benefit of the employees and not their customers). Service: Young, quasi-edgy counter help.
