I visited Jamba Juice all the time when I lived in California. This location is a little out of the way from where I normally travel but I finally decided to come by and try it out. In the past 2 months I've come by 4 different times. There has been a sign on the front door since I first visited this location that says a few of their blenders are broken and wait times may be longer than normal; this made me worry some. But each time I've been in I've never experienced an issue waiting for my drink. I've even been in the store when there were 10-12 people ordering drinks and I still didn't experience a long wait. I've tried 5-6 different drinks and they've all been pretty good! I don't have any complaints about this location. PRO TIP: you can order a large drink and they can split it into 2, 3, or 4 smaller cups at no extra charge. read more

Came in here at 1:30 on a Sunday. As I'm walking in, two people were walking out. They warned me that it might take a while. Inside there's a lot of people in line and a couple of people waiting for their orders. After about 10 minutes in line, another couple got out of line and also left. There's 1 person working here, 1! I hope they make a good drink, because last time it was wrong. Whoever owns this place needs to either hire more help or come in and work! I always enjoy the smoothies from here and most of the staff is very friendly. Except one of the younger girls who was working today. I walked into the store, was the only one, was not greeted by either girls standing at the front. Then two men walked in shortly after me and they greeted them. When I walked up to the register and said hello, no response from the cashier & she was very short with me and also wearing air pods while working. I don't know what her problem is because she has been like this towards me before on another occasion, and I do not know her. Just not a pleasant experience when she's working. read more

Awful. I left in the middle of placing my order today. The incompetent girl with dyed gray hair that was working was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had my mask on and in the middle of placing my order, I pulled my mask SLIGHTLY away from my nose to defog my prescription glasses to see what I was ordering. Not below my nose, slightly off my nose. She rudely asked me to put my mask up. It was up. I explained this to her and she said it's our policy, snotty. I said forget about it and left. What is wrong with people? It's no wonder why every single time I have ever been in this store it is completely empty. Just look at their reviews. Yikes. I am normally pretty even handed with these things and I like to think I do my best to communicate an honest and informative account of my experience in the establishments I visit. That being said, this place is poop. I asked the person behind the register if she could make a juice that was have apple and half carrot with a shot of ginger and she looked at me like I asked her to just solve all the worlds problems real quick. This place is always clean and smells great when you go in, the smoothies are affordable and they have some fun seasonal smoothies. My only disappointment is with the fresh squeezed juice. I ordered one here the other day and they used fresh squeezed orange juice but then blended it up with other fruits (not juicing them, more a smoothie). read more

It's Jamba Juice- simple corporate recipes made by high school/ college students. It's hard to go wrong. Was an in-and-out trip, but I had a pleasant experience overall. Service could have been a smidgeon better and the lobby looked a little too messy for a Sunday. Especially with 4 people working and no lines. Order was delivered right away. If I could go zero stars I would. I've gone to 3 Jamba Juices here in the Aurora/Denver area and the service and establishment is constantly CRAP. I'm bummed cause I am (WAS) a Jamba Fanatic! Each time I've gone to a JJ there is a smell of vomit in the air (what the HELL?!) the service sucks to HELL, and there is not an urgency or professionalism to serve customers. it's like I've entered into someone's living room and I'm a nuisance to the inexperienced workers behind the counter. There was no greeting of customers upon entry into the establishment, and apparently the personal conversations between the workers and the washing of the dishes are more important than good solid customers service. There are several outdoor tables, though not all that inviting in biting winter weather. Order at counter and wait for name to be called when your beverage is ready. Really loud rock music makes this place not so relaxing for dining in (I think the music is playing for the benefit of the employees and not their customers). Service: Young, quasi-edgy counter help. Friendly. Food/Drink: Your standard smoothie joint. Nice selection, with many add-in options for your drink. Prices seem competitive. Went in this morning at around 8:30am. According to store hours, they've been open since 7am. Chairs were still stacked. One customer in the store, the lady behind the counter finished his order, barely glanced up and then proceeded to blend something else, completely ignoring me. I came in for a smoothie with the chia seed topper specifically because the topper is my favorite treat. The gal messed up and put chia seeds in the smoothie. When I said I had asked for the topper, they wanted to charge me an extra dollar instead of simply fixing it-dumping out a little bit of smoothie and putting the chia topper in. I went to pay for my order with a $50 bill and the lady just handed it back and responded I can't accept it at first she said she can't take a $100 bill then said $50. I understand not accepting lager bills but there are so many ways it could have been handled. Has anyone ever noticed that when a new product comes out they always give you a fair amount and then shortly thereafter the serving size shrinks and the price goes up?
