Wow! So I walk in, casually place my order, hand the girl a 20 and she says I have to run to the back to get change. Then the manager, identifying herself as Silvana Harrington says she can't take my order because they are counting the drawer down early... This was my first time here and I got the Caribbean Passion, Mango-a-go-go, & Island Pitaya Bowl. The Caribbean Passion was such a burst of flavor and very fruity definitely recommend. The Mango-a-go-go was absolutely fanatic. The Island Pitaya was very well put together and such a great snack after a good run ! Only one employee working. As soon as it was our turn to order in line (we waited quite a while), she informed us, with a terrible attitude, that she had no more dishes and it would take 30 minutes for her to wash some. I know you were struggling girl but come on, 30 minutes to wash a blender? You definitely just didn't want to serve us. Can't remember her name but I do remember her blocky, drawn in eyebrows. Worst customer service - have been a fan of Jamba Juice for years, but after my last experience in this store with an inexperienced young lady named Leah, I will not go back. Unfortunately when asked to speak to the manager she indicated she does not have his number and after waiting to hear back for 3 weeks from corporate, I need to let others know here. She was rude, disrespectful and when asked to apply the rewards I earned she told me to not pull one over. What? As a manager in customer service I would never allow any employee to speak in such way to a customer. Love their product but not a fan of this location at all. Today is Sunday sept.18th and all three girls working had a terrible attitude. None of them were kind. My husband and I order two smoothies and they were not made right at all but we were too scared to ask to get them remade because of their attitudes. Terrible service all three times I've visited. Twice I placed a mobile order and showed up later than the promised time and watched as people came in, placed an order, and still received their order before mine was complete. The third time I ordered food through a mobile order and upon arrival was told they didn't have it. I wasn't offered any other items in exchange but was told the transaction was voided and I would receive the funds back. Not surprisingly, it was not voided and I was charged the full amount for items I didn't receive. Definitely won't be trying a fourth time. read more

Not a frequent visitor to Jamba Juice, but once in a while it's a quick easy meal. The Kale-ribbean Breeze or the Peanut Butter/Chocolate (both packed with protein) are my choices when visiting. Both will satisfy your craving for food without being overly heavy and are (somewhat) healthy. This place can be a hit or a miss. While usually delicious sometimes it tastes as if they arent consistent on how they make their smoothies. I know that it's hard to make every drink taste exactly the same but I usually always buy the mango a go go and it has always differed drastically. read more

I usually eat here all the time and I tried a different fruit bowl on the menu. This particular bowl did not come with coconut so I asked for coconut and was charged for it which was fine but when I got my bowl that was just a slight sprinkle of coconut on it when I asked for a more instead of give me a little more Elisa wanted to charge me more. Absolute horrible costumer service. My mother and I walked into the store and there were no employees to be found. After about 5-10 minutes of waiting my mother walked to the back to see if anyone was even present in the store and there were 4 female employees sitting around a table gossiping or doing who knows what and she simply got their attention by saying "hello?". I've never seen 4 employees so quickly get back to work in my entire life. As they exited the back room with guilty expressions on their faces my mother and I proceeded to order. When our smoothies were ready the "manager" angrily told us to never enter the store again because my mother had peaked into the back to find them conversing among themselves. Never had a single bad experience here. Very clean, very friendly staff, and everything always tastes delicious. The location off Woodmen isn't bad either, but sometimes that location gets crazy busy after the location downtown closed. Smoothies great, staff friendly--but I've been here twice in two weeks and bathroom is filthy. First time I thought maybe it's been a busy morning but i looks like it hasn't been cleaned since my last visit. Seriously concerning when any type of food establishment has filthy bathrooms. As a staff member I'd be upset if I had to use that bathroom throughout the day; so I can't imagine how they just let that go. read more
