Horrible customer service!! Ordered online for pick up & every drink I ordered has strawberries in it and they were out of strawberries apparently. They see an online order coming in they have my contact information and I already confirmed and paid and they still allowed me to waste my time going in for pick up with no drink ready!! And every time I tried to change my drink they were out! How do you run a smoothie business but don't have the ingredients to make it? Let alone let someone pay for it without showing they are out?... the guy wasn't even helpful or sorry! Will not be going to this jamba again! Anytime the parking really sucks.. I blame the plaza owners. Heh~ But I like parking either behind Hometown Buffet or in Target's parking lot and then walking over to buy drinks. And then I'll shop in Target with a drink in my hand :D Ultimate shopping comfort :) Tonight seemed pretty busy, there were a lot of people in front of me so order-taking/waiting in line took a while. However, the ordering process was pretty good (And that's despite my assumption it was the guy's training day). And I was set to wait quite a while for my drinks. But it felt like in a matter of seconds, my drinks were all done and ready to go! Nice surprise! I don't remember the names of the drinks I chose today (I'M SORRY YELPERS, I'LL DO BETTER NEXT TIME!!! :'( Forgive me this time, please~~) but they all had something to do with orange juice and each were in a different category. One was an orange juice with mango and a boost of C and zinc. One was an orange smoothie with pineapple and mango with a super boost of flax and fiber. And the last was a Orange (Dream Machine?) sorbet-tasting drink made with yogurt and soy milk. The last one was mine and it was delicious!! We bought all our drinks the smallest size (Sixteen) and they were all $4.50, except for the one with the super boost, which was $0.50 extra. So the drinks are a little on the expensive side, but it's healthy and it's delicious :) Service is extremely friendly and fast! The store is very clean, but I don't know how to describe it, but there's always this smell whenever I walk into a Jamba Juice... It's not good, but it's not bad, but it is a.. funky smell... I just stood in the store for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. They were not even very busy. Just awful.

I normally have a wonderful experience when I come to this location. However my Greek yogurt bowl was horrible. The bananas on top of the bowl look as if they were about to spoil. It is ok to blend these bananas but it is not acceptable to put them in a bowl where the customer can see the brown spots and bruises. I wish that I would have noticed this before I left the store. I would have had them remake it. I had to eat around the brown and bruised bananas. read more

I went the whole day saying I was going to get an açaí bowl from Jamba Juice and I finally did. It had been months since I last had one so I satisfied my craving and went 20 min before closing. I felt so bad everything looked like it had just been cleaned and mopped. working in the restaurant industry, I understand how annoying it can be for people to walk in right before closing. However, Kate helped us quickly and didn't seem too bothered. She made me a great bowl that hit the spot! my brother also enjoyed his smoothie. this location has yet to disappoint me and good job to Kate who seemed to be holding it down by herself before closing time. Good customer service is just so hard to find these days. People don't smile or welcome you or ask "what can I get you?" And they don't apologize when they mess up and cause delays. The older I get the more disappointed I am in service establishments. Almost makes me want to always cook at home. I went this morning and there was not a beautiful welcome like always. I've been coming to this JJ since they opened. The cashier wasn't friendly & the same wasn't good when u walked in.. They didn't clean the mop very good.. It was a old musty smell.. Then the young lady that made my drink was just as sour a lemon!!! No customer svc at all... Ridiculous! Okay, I personally like Juice It Up! better, but I had a gift card that I got for my birthday that I haven't used in ages. So I was going to use it then. Decor: It's nice and has tables and chairs, unlike Juice It Up!, which is a better thing. It looks like all smoothie places with brightish colors and health facts everywhere. But I like that. Food: Their menu board looks limited, but their menu brochure looks like a lot. I ordered the Strawberries Wild and I like Juice It Up!'s Strawberry Wave better. I am tired of the employees being lazy and not wanting to answer the phones! I called non stop today on my way to work and when I made it there NO ONE was inside. I asked the employee if the phone lines were down and she replied, "Huh?" So I repeated my question and she then answered, " Ohh...no, I just couldn't answer the phone because I'm here alone and have to stay in the front." I was very annoyed because this is not the first time I have had this problem. The last time I had this problem, the employee told me to download the app and order through there. They have bad customer service and are rude. The staff is NOT very friendly or welcoming. It's almost as if we are doing them a displeasure by going there. It's really hard to rate this place bad because I see no reason they should get a bad rating. The juice is jamba. If you've had it before then your not into any big surprise. When a Jamba Juice doesn't give you a confused look when you ask for a Dirty Orgasm or a White Gummi Bear, you know that they know what they're doing. This particular Jamba Juice is pretty good at everything they do, and the prices are a lot lower at this location than the more "premium" locations by the beach or in nicer neighborhoods. My only problem with this particular location is that the parking in this lot is absolutely horrific. It usually takes me about two trips around the building to find a space, and even then it's not likely that it's near this place. read more

The manager and his staff are AWESOME!!! I live closer to the lakewood location but I was on my way to work and decided to stop in. From the minute I walked in their big smiles and great attitudes made me feel welcomed.( Something I've never experienced at the lakewood location). The cashier suggested me his favorite drinks and was super friendly. I was causally telling him how I'm allergic to bananas and he immediately told his manager. The manager then proceeded to let his whole staff know and they all got the ingredients from the back so there was no cross contamination. Thank you so much Cerritos Jamba Juice!!! Typical looking Jamba Juice though a bit smaller then some of the other ones I've been to. This is definitely a " get your drink and go" location as seating is minimal ( 2-3 chairs ). However, I've always been greeted by very friendly staff and they happily answer all my nutritional questions. One thing that also must be noted is that it's located in a very busy shopping center, which sometimes makes this location seem impossible to access. read more

I love smoothies during hot days!!! It's been pretty hot this past week and instead of going over to a local Starbucks or Coffee Bean to get a sugar packed iced coffee or frappuccino, I decided Jamba Juice would be a healthier choice. Plus, I was feeling tired and thought I could use their 'energy boost.' I've had Jamba Juice numerous times before and usually stick with some kind of strawberry banana mixture (you can't go wrong with strawberry banana!). However, my palate has changed over the years and I prefer more tart drinks like their acai or blueberry smoothies. I got in the nick of time before a line started forming :) I just waited a few minutes before I got my drink and then perused around the Target in the same plaza. There's plenty of restaurants and stores too at the plaza alone to keep you occupied :) read more

i use to come at least once every week when i was in high school...now not so much. my high school friends use to work here and the workers just aren't the same anymore. when you ask for something off the menu, they seem to get it wrong, or just tell you, they don't know what the HECK you're talking about, which is BS. they should ALL know. there wouldn't be a secret menu if none of them ever existed! but anyway, i'll come here once in a while now. fast and still yummy! read more

Ordered the great greens juice and it was a little disappointing. It was a lot more sour than I've had it in other places. Granted it's only been one visit, but this would be my rating for this time. This is my go to Jamba! Close to home, and I don't think the smoothies vary very much between any of the stores. I always get the Strawberry dreamin' which is more like a strawberry ice cream smoothie. DELICIOUS. Another choice would be the white gummy or the pink star. The pink star is almost like a pink Starburst, but a little more sour than the candy. I tend to go at least once a week, and I usually like to go in the morning or later at night. Just hate dealing with the crowd, but even when it's crowded, the service is fairly quick. This jamba juice will also remake your drink if you end up dropping it outside, or if it's too bland or sour. Awesome that they don't charge you again or anything! read more
