Doctors also have emergencies just like regular people but this practice has no sense of operations and patient focus approach. How rude is that to suggest that again, for the second time in less than one week, I call the number myself and reschedule my son's appointment?! That I was cancelled on by the practice?!

They wouldnt explain this policy and they decided to throw us out of the place without having the doctor check my husband and read the results of his tests. He is really sick, and the fact that they denied him medical attention shows the lack of professionalism and human empathy. His behavior is abusive over those that can afford an insurance...
