It's a specialty office, I wouldn't expect same day appointments, but sometimes she can pull it off! I wouldn't trust anyone else. I always call Greenwich and speak to the girls at the desk never have I encountered anyone rude, at times they may sound stressed, but given the chance they can make your experience great. I visited Dr Jamal Habib for a check up because my nose was stuffy and think I may need a procedure…read moreto fix it. He seemed like a really nice guy and the office said there was no co-pay when I arrived. The entire visit lasted about 10-15 minutes and they called in prescriptions. To my surprise I got a bill for $1,419 with the below charges: 1. New patient visit - level 4 = $642.00 2. Nasal endoscopy, diagnostic = $777.00 My insurance covered most of it but felt the need to right this review because of the UPCODES and FRAUD that is happening. The level 4 is apparently "Office O/p New Mod 45-59 Min" based on the claim they submitted and the "Nasal endoscopy, diagnostic" was never performed. What is nasal endoscopy? Nasal endoscopy is a procedure to look at the nasal and sinus passages. It's done with an endoscope. This is a thin, flexible tube with a tiny camera and a light. I tried to contact the office several times but you can't get in touch with them. They use an offsite scheduling and billing system. I was told I was going to receive a call back and still haven't received that call. I filed an appeal with my insurance so we'll see how that goes. I wish the office wanted to chat so I can discuss the situation and also find out next steps about my health. But they obviously don't care about their patients and just care about summiting false claims so they can profit. FYI... He doesn't do procedures anymore but can refer someone which would have been good to know before hand. Very disappointed with this doctors office. Especially the person who is in charge of billing and customer service. My advice is go somewhere else.
