They were very honest, engaging and patient from the start to finish. Our house sold in less than a week. They had planned ahead, so when we had a short escrow, we had our paperwork pretty much in order. I will add that we had a unique circumstance, that we are military and had an international move happen BEFORE the home sold. They were amazing helping us. They created e-docs and communicated solely via email and kept us in the loop. Even when the mortgage companies etc wouldn't use e-docs they took it upon themselves to convert them to electronic documents that could easily be signed overseas with a 16 hour time difference. I was a first time mom, new to the military and did NOT leave the house as clean or as pristine as I could have, and they did not say a word. They actually sold my house for the HIGHEST in the development at that time, in a very short time. Most importantly, they are down to earth, real people with a love for Christ and their family, their community, and it shows. They have stayed in touch all these years, and have helped facilitate a connection with a realtor for us in our move back to San Diego. Truly top quality people who go the extra mile!
