    Menu on 11/28/25

There was a brief wait to sit (less than the 20 minutes quoted). Everyone was extremely friendly. The menu is extensive and everything looked delicious. I got the Cracker Jack French toast which had Nutella and bananas. It was delicious. It had whipped cream on the side and a nice side of fresh fruit. I shared it and had some of the savory Benedict dish of my co-diner. I'd definitely keep this on our list and come back. The restaurant is so cute. It was decorated for the holidays.

Heard a lot of good things about Jam Cafe and that it was highly recommended so decided to give it a try. The interior is really cute and they have a good variety of brunch items to choose from. My one downside is that nothing I ate was that special and all the food items just felt really heavy and over salted in my opinion. I feel like because of the ambiance, nicely plated foods and huge portions, this place is worth trying once, but I don't think this is somewhere I'd come again if I needed a regular brunch spot.

I am not sure what was better the food or the staff! Everything was DELICIOUS and the people were so nice! I would suggest if you're not a lumberjack that you might consider sharing! Huge portions of fabulous food!!!kudos

Oh man. Jam Cafe is honestly the best breakfast place I've ever been too. Ever since my first time at this location almost 10 years ago, my family has been going regularly to the ones in Vancouver over the years and after all that time, the food is still phenomenal! Even though our male waiter let us know it was only his 2nd shift and he was still learning, he was great. Kind and attentive, and knowledgeable about all the dishes and specials. The French toast bite special sounded so good so I got that and a side of scrambled eggs. I'm fairly confident I've tried more than half of the menu but these LARGE cinnamon sugar coated pieces of French toast were hands down my favorite meal I've ever had here. After I drizzled some maple syrup and the cream cheese icing that came with it on top, they honestly tasted like mini cinnamon rolls. Absolutely insane! The scrambled eggs were great too. Soft and tasty and not over done! The rest of my family all loved their food as well. No complaints from anyone! The thing about Jam is you get a lot of food! Especially those Charlie bowls so my mom and sister probably only ate half, maybe a bit more! But we ended up sharing the French toast bites around the table and everyone agreed they were incredible. It makes me happy knowing I can keep visiting their various locations and the food will always be fantastic and the workers will always provide a positive atmosphere. I said it almost 10 years ago and I'll say it again, you HAVE to eat at Jam Cafe if you haven't tried it yet. It's simply the best.

Outstanding food and service. Server was attentive, knowledgeable and really pleasant - offering recommendations for dinner spots for later. Pork belly Benedict was perfect. Soft and delicate egg poach, creamy hollandaise, and delicious onion jam. Crispy & buttery hash browns. Big egg omelet with amazing maple bacon, diced tomatoes and cheese with a side of salsa. Highly recommend

Thankfully, it was not raining outside while we waited for a table to open up. Heard that it's sometimes a two hour wait but we only had to wait for maybe 30-45 minutes. Small little restaurant with fantastic service. Friendly and always smiling. Not seeing photos of the Breakfast Tacos, I thought I'd take one for the team and post a photo. Glad I did. Not sure how they filled that taco with some much goodness. I think every bite had a mixture of delicious and flavorful ingredients.

We had to wait a little while out on the sidewalk before we got a table just before noon on a Friday. It was worth the wait! They had lots of bennies on the menu and all 3/4 of is ordered them. My Blackstone Benedict left me swooning. The candied bacon was to die for! The whole thing was divine. My husband ordered off the specials board-the pear & goat cheese Benedict. He liked it and said he would get it again. Our son tried the avocado and grilled tomato Benedict, saying it was good, and all ingredients seemed fresh and high-quality. Our daughter-in-law wouldn't get the huevos rancheros again, saying it lacked flavor. The tortilla wasn't cooked enough but the pulled chicken was pretty good. She noticed French toast ordered by diners at other tables and wished she would have gotten that or a Bennie. We all struggled a little to cut through the bottom of our English muffins, even with a knife but they seemed house made and we tasted great! The service was friendly, attentive and prompt.

Service: 5 out of 5 The staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn't feel like we were being rushed, even though there was a long line, but they were attentive enough that we weren't struggling to flag our server down to order more drinks or sides of bacon. Ambiance: 5 out of 5 This place is very nice inside. It has a really relaxed and casual vibe. It is a great spot to sit at the bar or grab a table and chat while grabbing a drink and good food. Food & Drink: 5 out of 5 The food and drinks were amazing. They had so many options and all the drinks and food we tried were really good. The server was also very friendly and helpful with my daughter's odd requests. This is a great spot for breakfast. It is clearly popular by the size of the crowd waiting for a table but they are very good at getting people in quickly. If you're looking for a good breakfast spot, I would give this place a try. We will definitely be eating here again and we definitely recommend it.

Amazing food! Great atmosphere and service! I had the Chicken French Toast and my wife had the Green Eggs and Ham. The kids menu is perfect. Just know you will be standing in line to get in. We went two days in a row and stood in line, it's that good.

This place always has a line for good reason! The line goes by quickly I might add. It's worth the wait regardless. Let's talk food , I ordered the special which was a chorizo thanksgiving bowl- absolutely amazing , it had stuffing made with roasted veggies, mixed with chorizo and a side of roasted potatoes. My husband ordered the tater bowl - also absolutely delicious with the pulled pork. We decided to share blueberry pancakes and let me tell you they don't mess around with this blueberries! Servers was super friendly and accommodating.

Little June is the cutest corner coffee shop, offering a great selection of pastries and sandwiches (which I'll definitely come back to try!). The lattes and coffees are also noticeably cheaper than many other cafes around here, which was such a pleasant surprise. We were passing by and decided to take a break before getting back on our bikes. Little June is a charming coffee shop serving breakfast, brunch, and pastries/baked goods. Fernwood coffee is also available here. We ordered an iced latte and an iced London fog. My particular favourite was the iced latte. I believe they utilize Earl Grey powder for their London fog, and I was pleasantly pleased by how wonderful it tasted. It was unusual because I was not used to the powder but rather the tea bags. The host at the cashier was really kind and provided wonderful service. They have tons of seatings. I loved how open and airy the space was! I'll have to try their brunch the next time I visit. I highly recommend this cute little spot!

It was delicious and beautiful. A lot of love and effort is put into this. Sylvia's scones are phenomenal. If she opened up a bakery I would buy all her scones and loaves. The bathroom is a nice size with a big tub. So why the three stars? There is a radiator in the room but ours didn't work well and would heat up and did not stay hot. We were cold. If you are on the first floor please note that sound travels. you can really hear any movement above you and you can hear conversations very well outside your room which didn't make me feel particularly comfortable since I'm sure even just is talking normally can be heard by others as well. Didn't feel amazing from a privacy perspective. When you book it says there is daily housekeeping. There's no daily housekeeping. We were asked if anything was missing from our room by the breakfast server but nothing else. If you're expecting your trash to be emptied or bed to be made that did not happen our whole stay. Location: not really walkable to the downtown area or most things in Victoria. A couple other small things that I wouldn't even mention if the above two were no issue: The bed was okay although not super comfortable in my opinion. The outlets are really inconvenient and there aren't many. They mention there is tea, hot chocolate, and coffee. There's no hot chocolate and no creamer in your room if you want some later. I do think this place could be good for others but it was not the right fit for us. For a bed and breakfast the room just wasn't super comfortable for us to want to spend time there.
