Halibut with Fermented Mushroom: I enjoyed this, the halibut was so buttery and creamy. Deer with Cauliflower: I've never had deer before, but this was dIfficult to cut through. It was cooked medium rare and had a very slight gamey taste, but still good. The cauliflower had roasted macadamia nuts on top that was to die for. Cheese Plate: The server dropped this off without explaining what was on the plate. I'm guessing it was Brie, Bleu and some other hard cheese. I don't know what the other two dipping jams were, but they were good. I stumbled upon this place on accident trying to get out of the cold in Amsterdam and I'm glad that I did!
