Horrible customer service. Lady was extremely rude at the drive through window. The order wasn't even correct. I ordered the Fiesta burrito no potatoes. I got a tomato, Jalapeño and onion burrito. No steak, no eggs, nothing else in there!.. the other burrito was a Jalapeño. There's just rice, Pico and a 2 pieces of shrimp. Called and asked for a manager and the guy said "no one's here." So I asked when they would be available. He kept saying "I don't know." Followed with an "uhh what happened.. um sorry I guess." That's just crazy. We were customers at least once a week. We will no longer spend our money there.

Do yourself a favor and try the Rico burro. Add a little bit of sour cream.....so delicious! Best Mexican food in town!

I had ground beef, and the Hubbs opted for the shredded beef. They also offer individual squares of the Pollo Fundido aka carte, so I opted for one. Paired with margaritas (house for me, chamoy mango for the Hubbs), it was just right. Shout out to Manny who always takes good care of us! Another delightful meal!

Thursday evening and place is crowded with lots of local folks. Place is clearly a local favorite. Server was helpful and decided to order the pollo fundido. It is like a chimichanga, except the pieces are cut and topped a spicy jalapeno cream cheese sauce. I opted for two pieces with rice and beans. Salsa and complimentary chips were tasty. Went through those in about 20 minutes. Hmm, where is the food? Thinking, hey they are busy and maybe they are cooking this from scratch. Food shows up. The pollo fundido was just as described. The spicy cream cheese sauce was great. Only finished one, the other hopefully for lunch. Left most of the rice and beans. Overall a good choice for dinner. Will skip the rice and beans. Front end service for me was good. They add a 3.5 percent surcharge if using a credit card. Couple of other restaurants still on my list when visiting Florence.

After a bad experience the day prior, I used ChatGPT to input our family requirements: kid-friendly, delicious, unique, 1 vegetarian, not too far off the interstate. We ended up choosing this spot and it did not disappoint! Everything was so delicious and flavorful and had a home cooked vibe. The service was quick and kind. Between all of us we ate 2 gorditas, a CG burrito (with the most delicious red sauce doused on top), shrimp tacos, asada tacos and the famed quesobirria. OH MY GOD. Everything was soooooo good. Even the beans are worth calling out. I was joking we should stop in Casa Grande for the night just so we could go back for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend this place. One weird thing is they only had 3 menus total in the entire restaurant but I'm willing to overlook that for the deliciousness.

Well, today happened to be Tuesday and outside of their door they had posted specials and one was for Taco Tuesday. Three tacos for about eleven dollars and some change. So I took advantage of that and ordered one adobada and two chicken tacos. The tacos were brought out with three bottles of salsa; one green, two reds at different spice levels. The tacos fell flat! The adobada was hard and crispy with little flavor. The meat was cut too small in my opinion, which may have resulted in its crispness. The two chicken tacos were bland, lacked flavor. I did like the fact they were cut thicker and were meaty and juicy. But it needed seasoning. The sauces also lacked flavor. None were spicy. Even the small bottled red salsa which I assumed was the spicier one wasn't spicy at all. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, but you'll never know! Like I said, I love Peruvian food; so maybe that's where their forte lies!

This has been my usual spot on the way home because the food is consistently good, portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. It's a step above fast food and generally a welcome break. Today was no exception in terms of food quality, I had the beef soup with flour tortillas and rice. The chips and salsa are always good and so are their (aguas frescas), I had the pineapple one which was okay. However, the extremely loud music made the experience unpleasant. At first, I assumed the volume was up because I was the only customer, but even as others arrived, the music remained uncomfortably loud. I hope someone sees this review and considers adjusting the volume. While the staff might enjoy it, the dining experience should prioritize the comfort of customers. I'll likely give it one more try, but if the noise level is the same, it may be my last visit.
