This person was referred to us by a professional painter who was booked up when we needed services, so we trusted him. Spent $12K for them to paint our entire house. It was a lot of work in a short amount of time, so I'll give them that.. but we expected better quality for the price paid. He obviously didn't use the correct paint on the cabinets or doors, because it didn't take long for paint to start chipping off every single set of cabinets, and peeling off doors. They would frequently leave the toilet running, and we found the hose running for who knows how long. Our first water bill was over $200 when normally it is less than $40 a month. One day we had to rush to the house because a neighbor had informed us a bush in front of the house caught on fire from the painter leaving his cigarette. We could tell he was in a rush to finish at the very end because he had carelessly put the door knobs on the wrong doors (random closets and the pantry had locks while the bathrooms and bedrooms were missing locks, some knobs were put on backwards.) I wish we would have looked into the company before hiring them or getting quotes from professionals to make sure we were paying a fair amount, but unfortunately we didn't have the luxury of time.
UPDATE: threatening to sue me because I didn't post a positive review? Not a good look that you'd go after those who don't have positive experiences with your company. It is not slander to give an honest review on a company. It's pretty telling that you'd even immediately resort to that because you can't handle a negative review. Currently discussing your threats with my attorney. read more
