I gave them a one-star review so I'm glad to see this better purpose! The store is massive and well organized with a huge variety of merchandise. Clothes, of course, but also housewares and jewelry and electronics and toys. I have a new Razorbacks ballcap and Mrs. K. found two nice sweaters and a really pretty bangle. The store itself might look nice on the outside, but the experience inside is a different story. The main manager is honestly one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Instead of being professional, supportive, or helpful she comes across as rude, dismissive, and completely unapproachable. It's clear she doesn't know how to treat employees with respect, and her negative attitude spills over to customers as well. Good management makes or breaks a store, and unfortunatel, this location suffers because of her. Shopping here ends up feeling uncomfortable and frustrating when it should be enjoyable. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to anyone until they make serious changes in management
