He has raved about their customer service and he is not easily impressed. What I can say personally is that the floral arrangements I have received have not only been stunning but they have also lasted longer than flowers I have received from any other florist. I still have the flowers I received from Valentine's Day. He is a customer for life and I am greatly appreciative of the quality of their work. I recently bought a bouquet and some leis for my boyfriend's daughter's graduation. The leis were an easy order but the bouquet was a little trickier. I asked for something between $60-70 and the woman helping me said "Let's split it down the middle at $65" Deal! She asked what I wanted in the bouquet and I said "she likes sunflowers and her school colors were orange and black; whatever you can do with that." This is what I got. The bouquet was huge and my picture doesn't come close to doing it justice, and the leis were of great quality. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
