Although I have never bought flowers from Heath Florist, I have received a few bouquets from them courtesy of my boyfriend. Apparently, according to him, when they have had to make substitutions they have gone above and beyond to compensate for any inconvenience. He has raved about their customer service and he is not easily impressed. What I can say personally is that the floral arrangements I have received have not only been stunning but they have also lasted longer than flowers I have received from any other florist. I still have the flowers I received from Valentine's Day. He is a customer for life and I am greatly appreciative of the quality of their work. I recently bought a bouquet and some leis for my boyfriend's daughter's graduation. The leis were an easy order but the bouquet was a little trickier. I asked for something between $60-70 and the woman helping me said "Let's split it down the middle at $65" Deal! She asked what I wanted in the bouquet and I said "she likes sunflowers and her school colors were orange and black; whatever you can do with that." This is what I got. The bouquet was huge and my picture doesn't come close to doing it justice, and the leis were of great quality. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. read more

I just remembered that last year my Dad asked me to purchase flowers for my step-mom on Valentine's Day. He passed away during the last year and today it occurred to me that he probably would have wanted me to send her flowers again this year. It occurred to me today, on Valentine's Day. Yikes! I called Heath Florist and apologized for the last second notice and explained the situation. The woman on the phone said that she would make it happen. The flowers will be delivered to my step-mom with a card today. THANK YOU HEATH FLORIST for making today special for someone who is still grieving the loss of her husband. You are awesome. read more

Placed an order for tulips the Friday before Valentine's day for pickup that Monday (day before V-day). When I went to pickup, they took 5 minutes to find the flowers I ordered then had to take time to arrange them because they had forgot to do so that morning. Usually not a big deal, but was trying to catch a flight so somewhat disappointed in the extra wait time. The arrangement was very nice. read more
