Absolutely loved them! The service was very personable. We love in California and there transaction went smoothly

My best friend's father passed away very after a very short illness, and unfortunately it was the day I flew out of Oregon to where I now live. I wanted to let her know I was thinking of her so after looking at several flower shops in Salem, I decided to order from Aunt Tilly's Flower Barn. I ordered online so the process was really simple; they must use the Teleflora system because their website was pretty close to identical to the others I looked at. What's important is that my friend was touched, and said that the flowers were beautiful and smelled terrific. I'm glad that Aunt Tilly's could help me let her know in some small way that my thoughts are with my friend and her family. I was really surprised to receive a note from the florist to thank me for my business, with a receipt tucked in. I got the receipt when I ordered online of course, and it kind of made my day to get a kind and friendly note in the mail (I love getting cards in the mail from actual people, it's like they knew!). I'd happily recommend Aunt Tilly's for floral needs. read more

Beautiful arrangement, purchased for a grieving friend, delivered on time. Competitive prices. And, when I typed in the wrong zip code, and left a message on Sunday with a correction, quick to contact me with an acknowledgment, setting my mind at ease. I wish the store was local to me, I was impressed by the selection and variety. The centerpieces with candles especially drew my eye. And, I appreciated that each item stated if it was Omni directional or one way. read more

I had an arrangement delivered for a funeral and I do not feel like they received what I ordered. I specifically selected this arrangement, as it included hydrangeas and lilies, neither of which appear to be included in what was delivered. In addition, I paid for the Premium version (~$100) of the arrangement and I don't feel that what was delivered reflects that. I understand the need to occasionally substitute flowers, but I just feel like the arrangement looks droopy and wilted and not appropriate for a funeral. To be fair, I reached out to Aunt Tilly's via email and gave them the chance to make it right prior to writing this review. I never received a response. At this point, the funeral has passed, so nothing can be done. I just wanted others to be aware that you may not get what you pay for. read more

AUNT TILLY IS A LIFESAVER! So I am a bad son and totally forgot that Mother's Day was coming up. I live out of state and only had a few days to come up with something. Luckily I have good ole Yelp to help me out. I searched for delivery florists in my hometown and I found Aunt Tilly's! They actually hand delivered their flowers to my mom's front door. It was perfect timing also because my mom was on the phone with me saying "I didn't receive your card yet, it will probably come tomorrow" and I responded "no it's coming today, it might already be there!" My mom was so confused. But when she found them sitting at the front door she cried with joy. The flowers were so beautiful and my mom got many compliments on them. I'm so glad that I found Aunt Tilly's on here. You've got a customer for life now for every Mother's Day hear me out. Also they sent me a thank you card for making a purchase! So sweet :) You rock and your flowers are amazing! read more

Ordered a Bouquet autumn themed. Over the phone and in person they gave me a wide variety of options of types of flowers and additions which made the personal creativity of the bouquet more myself. My children ordered a large bouquet for my birthday. A couple of things I have experienced. 1. This is not a large bouquet; it is medium. I order flowers for myself quite often and this bouquet is a standard medium quantity. 2. The roses are completely open and wilting upon delivery. At this rate, they will last a couple of days. 3. In comparison to the other pictures on the Aunt Tilly's website, my flowers do not have vibrant colors and do not fill the bouquet. There are a lot of open spaces, the vase is too small for a large bouquet, and the flowers are old. I'm quite disappointed with this arrangement. I know my son is disappointed and embarrassed by this arrangement as he commented that he ordered a large bouquet and this didn't meet his expectations and that the flowers looked like they are dying. I hope Aunt Tilly's reaches out to me and fixes the situation. I will gladly give this bouquet back in order for them to make this right. read more

I live in California and needed to send a beautiful bouquet in honor of my brother-in-law who passed away. I had no clue who to call but when looking under Florists online, Aunt Tilly's stood out to me. I called to place an order and reached Cindy, who was kind, thoughtful, professional, and yet felt like a friend by the end of our call. We talked a bit about my brother-in-law and his life, and she knew just what I wanted to do. This picture is the end result and it far exceeded my wishes to honor him. What a sweet and totally talented lady! I needed an arrangement for my nephew's celebration of life and 20 minutes later I had a gorgeous and fragrent arrangement that traveled easily in my car. I had explained my nephew's personality that he sang and was in theater. Within the arrangement were star-like flowers that really touched my heart! I can't say enough good things about this florist, the owner, and the pure joy that their flowers brought to my friend. Cindy was so wonderful to work with and my friend was just so blown away with the quality of the bouquet in the 'happy face' mug, she texted me photos daily with updates on their beauty. The florist was the only one I found that could expedite the order without trying to make money on it. To top it off, she sent a Thank You card afterward. It's the little touches that make all the difference." Here is a quote from the flower recipient "This isn't your run-of the mill arrangement! It's so awesome and I just love it, plus when the flowers are gone I can use the cup and think of you with all the love in my heart! I have it sitting on the little table right beside me It still has some little buds that haven't even opened yet and every single flower is just perfect. Cutest arrangement ever!! feel loved when I look at it." I would highly recommend this wonderful florist and owner. read more
