He never took any special photos of our rings. No photo of me with just my flower girls. He won't even send us the color versions of the photos he turned to black and white. With being postpartum and a new mom, it was still an adjustment for me to leave the house. The thought of having to get everything ready on time to make it to a studio was not ideal. Having the photographer come to our home and set up their studio here put me at ease. Getting my son ready for the shoot at home wasn't as stressful for me. They set me up with their photographer Jennifer. She was so patient and careful with our baby that he slept through the whole shoot and we were able to get the newborn shots we hoped for! My baby is very fussy and easily wakes, but Jennifer had the magic touch! She was so gentle when changing our baby into different looks and even fed him when he almost woke up. Jennifer kept the environment very calm for him and also was accommodating when we wanted to include our own props in the shoot. The whole experience was wonderful and I can't thank Jennifer enough for doing such a wonderful job! Very professional but also maintained a friendly approach. It meant a lot that she texted me beforehand about expectations and when I had questions, she was quick to respond. As far as Sweet Me overall, their customer service is exactly what I hoped for. They were quick to respond both via email and text and I really appreciated that. I had an incident when receiving our final images after touch ups that they accidentally removed my son's birthmark. This was on me since I did not call out not to remove it, but once I emailed them, they quickly reverted the edit and sent me the new version right away.
