Omg! Not exaggerating not one bit, or maybe i got lucky with the masseuse chosen for me. The…read moremassage was immaculate! Not too rough nor too soft. Just right. The care was next level, my masseuse will instantly feel my muscles twitch naturally ( from the tenseness) and asked if i was ok to modify her pressure if needed. The venue was clean, basic and bigger than I originally thought it would it be. I recommend this place to all my westchester family. Please visit, very very affordable and you will still get the service of an upscale venue. Sorry i took no pictures, pictures in their website are accurate.

Excellent massage place. Very much like the affordable ones I used to go to in the city, where you…read morecan get a better massage than the fancy ones. It's pretty spartan in here, however the accommodations are fine given that you're heads down on a table. They play soothing music which is nice. I've had multiple masseuses and they're all great. Very easy to give direction to, caring and happy to either chat throughout or just leave you alone. Owner is also extremely nice which is not always the case. Massages are roughly $1/minute which is great given the quality. Like others I noted the 'no sex' sign which is really unfortunate, as it means they've had to put up with some unsavory and frankly racist stuff from some customers. They're wonderful people and I will definitely keep coming back. Well worth it!

Thai Serenity Spa used to be reasonably priced with very good massage therapists. Recently, the…read moreprice is much higher now and the therapists are horrible. I asked for a relaxing Swedish Massage, and the therapist was not listening and kept hurting me as she treated my body like bread dough, as if she was hurriedly 'kneading bread.' She had no technique, no finesse, just kept rubbing in a random way as if she'd never had professional training. She was causing me pain and I kept telling her to go softer and slower, as I couldn't relax and would stiffen up my body since she was hurting me. She even forgot to do some areas. I tipped her anyway because of the time she spent on me, but certainly didn't deserve it. the whole thing was a waste of time and money. Never again going to Thai Serenity Spa, it's anything but serene.

I was a member for months. Unfortunately, another company took over, everyone was let go, and the…read moreservices went downhill from there. I requested treatments at the desk, by phone and over email. They said they didn't know how to book them or perform them as all of the staff was new. I was paying $200 a month and more for products, treatments, and services. It is not worth it. While I was here almost daily, I saw other complaints and issues arise with other clients. Do not come here. I had been coming here for over 20 years. After their management changed, the location went downhill quickly. I go to another local spa that is much better. With all of the spas in the area, I recommend going to any of the other ones.

I've been here twice and have enjoyed it but always room for improvements!…read more Pros: you have access to amenities all day including indoor pool, lounge area, sauna, steam room, showers. The massages are lovely! Both times I have gone my massage therapists have been amazing and I walk away fully relaxed! Cons: Towels in the women's bathroom are no where to be found. You have one in your locker (hopefully) and that's it! They don't have a rack of towels anywhere. Hooks are equally hard to come by. There is no place to hang your robe or clothes while you are in the showers or sauna. The quiet lounge area isn't that quiet. It's small and some don't really abide by the whisper zone. Overall, I would recommend as a local spot for an upgraded winter relaxation day!
