I…read morewanted my helix done yesterday and luckily they said they had availability but it was later in the evening, not a problem. The piercer was very nice and seemed professional, he had a legit set up and sterilization tools. He ended up using the wrong needle and the wrong jewelry in my helix and I had to take it out. I didn't notice it was wrong until I left the shop. I called them this afternoon to ask for a refund, which they refused. In this call, the person on the other end of the line essentially blamed me for not checking that he was using the right tools. He also tried to tell me that the type of jewelry he used was, in fact, the right one. I have had over 10 piercings in my life as well as a fully healed helix on the other side of my ear, so I know for a fact that this is wrong. As a customer, I should not have to make sure the professional is doing his job right. Not sure about their tattoos, but definitely don't get pierced here.

First off the piercer has amazing energy and you literally will feel so calm about getting your piercing. I felt very comfortable and the piercing itself was near painless. Dan explained everything in detail and provided an after care pamphlet. I had nothing but a good experience and will definitely come back here in the future!

He carefully considered the piercing I planned to get and after studying my ear, told me that the piercing would likely not be compatible with my ear structure. he then offered another piercing that meshed much better with my individual ear and he had me in and out of the chair in ten minutes!!! He is a very chill guy who like to make sure all his clients are happy with their work. He always finds a way to work with my schedule so I don't have to take time off of work. When I lost a beloved pet he got me in days later to get a beautiful piece to honor his memory. I only go to James cause his work is amazing.
