He said he would call the manager, and we waited for 10-15 minutes while he was on the phone. Eventually, he told us the manager said the biryani was "served fresh" and that nothing could be done. We told him it wasn't even biryani -- it was basically pulao -- and reminded him how unhappy we were with the service. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, he responded arrogantly and said it didn't matter if we left a bad review. His exact attitude was that even if they gave a discount, we would still leave a bad rating -- which wasn't true. It wasn't about the discount at all; we just wanted them to care about the customer experience.
