We were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated in a very nicely decorated restaurant. Exceptionally clean, full bar, clearly a place that can accommodate large groups. An amazing menu that is so lengthy they don't even have everything on there! We tried Dosas, a house specialty, and they were fantastic! We also tried their new butter chicken biryani which simply incorporates the best of all worlds into one dish! Lamb karma was outstanding and super tender. Garlic naan stands on its own. A wonderful restaurant and I would definitely come back here and get in a heartbeat. I must try when you're in the area.

Everyone shared bottles of white wine, and enjoyed a large variety of the food. I really loved their dosas, paneer and butter chicken. They provided sauces in a wide variety of flavors and spice levels for us and plenty of naan. Service was quick and we were able to all mingle amongst each other as we were seated at the long table by the main entrance and the restaurant was not busy at all when we were there (it was a Sunday around 5-6pm). I found this style of Indian cooking really tasty and I imagine the rest of the menu reflects this. I would come here again and recommend this as a solid place for Indian food in NWA.

Chola Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in Bentonville so far. I live near downtown and, IMO,…read morethere are too many restaurants in the area that are overpriced and prioritize aesthetic over food. After hearing good things about Chola Cafe, I came with two coworkers shortly after they reopened for dinner on a Saturday, and we ordered quite a spread: masala and mysore dosas, gobi manchurian, chettinad eggplant masala, and dal tadka. I was surprised that the restaurant was not very crowded, even though we arrived during peak dinner hours--which is not usually a good sign. False alarm: every dish was delicious, served piping hot, and all reasonably portioned and priced. My personal favorites were the eggplant, gobi manchurian, and the dosas--we definitely over-ordered, as we came to find out that the dosas are immense and probably the length of my arm. We were so engrossed in eating that it was only after we paid the bill and put our food into doggie bags that we realized all of the restaurant tables and booths were filled, and parties were lining up to be seated. Clearly, we were not the only ones enjoying our meals! I'm looking forward to coming back. Also, shoutout to the very sweet waiter who ran out after me when I left my phone in the booth.

The ambiance is inviting, the service is refreshingly attentive, and the food is outstanding. My first visit was a casual dinner with a friend, and I left genuinely impressed. Chicken biryani, garlic butter naan, wine, under $30, full and leftovers. That alone should get your attention. This has become my regular takeout spot, and everyone I've brought or recommended it to agrees. Consistent, flavorful, and worth every visit. Go eat here. -- Nijah Q. of NYC

The tandoori was delicious, fresh hot, the naan (chili and regular was moist with a tiny crisp on the edges). The Saag Paneer wash wonderful, fresh not over spiced, Chicken Tikka Masala and the chutneys... good and fresh! The owners brother came out to check on us with a big smile. I complimented the food. He said he is very proud to not use frozen vegetables or even frozen naan. The atmosphere is beautiful, see the pictures. The patio was closed during our visit, but the restaurant overlooks the lake. This is a great date restaurant. Even the gentle East Indian music adds to the ambiance. Lovely, really lovely.
