After the dishes were served, no one came back to check on us even once. Our rice was cold, and we tried calling the staff multiple times but were completely ignored. At the end, we shared our experience with the person managing the counter and asked if they could offer a small discount considering the poor service. He said he would call the manager, and we waited for 10-15 minutes while he was on the phone. Eventually, he told us the manager said the biryani was "served fresh" and that nothing could be done. We told him it wasn't even biryani -- it was basically pulao -- and reminded him how unhappy we were with the service. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, he responded arrogantly and said it didn't matter if we left a bad review. His exact attitude was that even if they gave a discount, we would still leave a bad rating -- which wasn't true. It wasn't about the discount at all; we just wanted them to care about the customer experience. The complete lack of accountability and the arrogance of the staff made this one of the worst dining experiences I've had. If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give them one star.
