As I was leaving I said "what type of dealership is this? and Neal threatening me, chased me out the door to my truck. I was told he was fired and returned for a brake pad job yesterday (Neal was still there) and was charged $855.00 for 4 brake pads.

They fired Brandon which honestly good for them as he was full of excuses and now have new head technician. They even changed policy because of my jaguar, since they didn't do full diagnostic before they let it go, actually making it WORSE and wasting money but they no longer will allow that which positive outcome. They have a 4hr- 6hr diagnostic for a warranty battery replacement to check if it works or not which is ridiculous but drove out there and let them have the battery for 24hrs because we live hour and half away and couldn't wait that long out there and they know we were leaving to different state TODAY yet here we are. Now we had to call a sale rep to even get the update about the battery because the new front desk lady knows nothing and offers honestly no help. $500 for a faulty battery, all they tell us is they don't have enough technicians reason why no one contacts us! Instead of finding any solution they make us run around in circles, don't go here! Fact they only messaged after we called multiple times today is terrible, I understand being busy but this is ridiculous.

My first car (pre-owned) had a serious issue within a few weeks of buying it. They gave me a VERY nice loaner (I ended up buying my loaner) and they helped every step of the way. I have never walked in where I wasn't greeted by name immediately and every single person full of kindness and professionalism. Keeps me coming back - I like the car and the dealership! Less than a week of having purchased a car from here, transmission went out, Kings fixed it, check engine light came on for catalytic converter, supposedly fixed it. Now that I am replacing the entire Engine Assembly because of a disintegrated catalytic converter, I'm upside down with more than $7000 in repairs for a car I owe $8000 on. Sorry Warranty doesn't cover that. You are taking a gamble at buying a real expensive hunk of junk here. Proceed with SERIOUS CAUTION consumers. Owner claims not their fault because they had invoice dated 9-1 for converter repair and I have video of code reader and dash 9-4. Greyson never gave me the repair person nor number to follow up if there was a faulty converter. I was basically told at that time sorry not our problem we fixed what we did as a courtesy. I'm not looking to blame anyone. I'm just saying people need to be aware of the potentially HUGE losses they risk on a gamble. $8,000 car loan plus $7,000 repairs. What a mess?! BEWARE
