Well.... We tried it. The fries were tasty! So there's that. The crew working were very nice and seemed to get on with each other very well! The chicken tenders were cold and gross. Guy apologized and that was that. The burgers were... ok. Nothing special about them. Edible- unlike the tenders. Glad we added bacon but it didn't really make any difference... Would I eat there again for real, no. But I'd go back for the friendly service and maybe an order of fries but that's it. I'm Not sure it's worth the money for gas just for fries since it's out of the way, but if I happen to be close by- maybe. I don't know. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It smelled like a funky gym and the smell being wafted every time people got up was unappealing while trying to eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So that's another reason I don't think we could. I'm not sure if the other customers just didn't care about their own body odors but I'm good.

    Large Fries and Cole slaw

Service in the drive thru is extremely slow. Food is not very good quality. The Cole slaw has no sauce and tastes like wilted lettuce. Portion sizes are stingy. Prices are high.

My family of 4 had a great experience at Jaggers in its new Middletown location. The interior felt modern and offered a variety of seating, from booths to low and high tops. Customers order at the counter and the food will be delivered to your table. Burgers have 2 patties which worked for my husband and teen, while I ordered a kids meal with one. It came with a small side of fries and I added a side salad. My oldest son opted for a grilled chicken Cobb salad. They have lots of options for at the soda fountain plus tea. Burgers, chicken tenders and salads available. Plus they are known for milkshakes. The restaurant felt clean and the tables were ready for seating. Even the soda and condiment area were well taken care of. The drive thru was busy and moved quickly, or plenty of parking for dining in.

We tried the other Jaggers by Ruth Chris, but this location was closer to our shopping trip to Louisville. Zero issues. Our food was fresh; I burned my tongue on a French fry, but I was hungry then. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Needless to say, the restrooms were clean, and that's probably my biggest tell-tell about a restaurant's kitchen: how they keep the restrooms clean, which are visible to the public.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bottom line is that we had zero issues at this location. So, give them a try if you're in the neighborhood.

I really liked the whole vibe of this place in general. The food was really good and it came out in less than 5 minutes. It was fresh and hot with the veggies still cold, so thats exactly how it should be done! The fries are so good. Crispy and no hard edges etc. Seasoning is definitely on point too. I tried the 1st burger on the menu and the grilled chicken sandwich also. They were both super good and a nice size. Staff was pretty nice overall, and it was pretty clean. Couple of tables not wiped down here and there, but I'm not too picky about that stuff. It was busy. Plenty of parking and also a double drive thru option. I'll be back!

Subpar service, subpar food and cold fries. This place is just ok, even though they advertise as if they are the next big thing.

We definitely found the right place. The patio area with the Koi pond and waterfall was perfect. My wife and I had the Fried Green Tomatoes and Selena's Crab Caps. Their menu looks amazing as did the specials of the day. We didn't have time to eat a full meal, but did enjoy our time outside. Our server was great and one of the owners did come by to check on us also. I would definitely come back to try more of their food.

I'm not sure if the $2 version was a smaller size or only offered at certain times, but honestly... the drinks were still worth it. The flavor was amazing, and unlike a lot of brunch drinks that taste watered down, these were actually strong. Two glasses definitely had me feeling tipsy, so I can't complain too much there. The main reason I took off a star was the parking situation and accessibility concerns. The handicap parking is positioned perpendicular to the main road, which honestly feels unsafe when backing out. If someone already has mobility or visibility limitations, backing directly into a busy road can be stressful and dangerous. The rest of the parking area is also gravel, which can be difficult to navigate with mobility aids, wheelchairs, walkers, or even just for someone unsteady on their feet. It's one of those situations where it's great that handicap parking exists close to the entrance, but the actual setup still creates challenges. Outside of that, the drinks themselves were genuinely really good, the atmosphere was fun, and I'd probably still come back for another brunch date.

I have heard of this place through Social Media and people I know. I wasn't too sure what it was…read morebefore but, I heard local bands and musicians would perform here. I also heard it was a bar and restaurant. What brought me here, Burger week of course. I go here after getting off work one evening. Entering the parking lot it was packed but I found a space close to the entrance. I go in and I asked if I could sit at the bar because it was just me and was told that I could. I sit at the bar and I do get service in a good amount of time. I got the Pizza Burger which was their specialty and the Mozzarella Moons (another term for mozzarella sticks) except they are moon shaped. Very good. Then came the pizza burger. Pepperoni, cheese and marinara on a burger patty. Loved the crisp pepperoni and the cheese and marinara sauce. Can't say I ever had a burger like that and even told the bartender that was my favorite burger for burger week. Service, food and atmosphere was good for the most part. Apparently they have their staff try to push dessert sales for an S/O (Shoutout). Nothing wrong with trying to sell desserts but, idk how that sits with other employees like it's a competition or something. I didn't order the dessert and their choices looked good. I was full and thought maybe next time. I definitely want to come back and try their other foods at some point but, I don't come to this end very much. They had a band playing as I left and the crowd seemed to love it. I would love to bring friends here.

We both had the BREAKFAST BURRITO-BACON and it just hit the spot. Our server was fairly new, but she was so excellent. She was so sweet and checked on us so many times. As we were getting up from our chairs, Whitney came by to say "Hi". She told Meghan that we had been her customers several times & that we had been so nice. She would loves us. That meant alot to us. Whitney had been so sweet and still remembered us. She also showed us how to sign up for Double Dogs Marketing points. It was so sweet of her and we will be back and thankful to use our points. However, I have already returned once after my initial visit and am sure that my husband and I will be frequent flyers. The ambiance is sports bar with (unless I miscounted) 33 large TVs, the bar, garage doors that open to the outside patio where 4-legged friends are welcome, friendly and efficient service, and best of all, they support the Kentucky Humane Society. Oh, and that tagline though- "Sit. Stay. Eat." Despite the sports bar ambiance, it is definitely child/family friendly. On both my visits (lunch time) there were many families enjoying their lunch. The menu is expansive with the burgers and hot dogs being the main call, but also includes, wings, sandwiches, pizza, and so much more. I opted for the 'breakfast burger' which included the burger, cheese, onions, bacon, and a fried egg. Honestly, one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. I substituted green beans for the included fries, which I often do when eating out. Typically, I end up with a small bowl of what is akin to baby-food vegetables! Not the case here. The green beans were whole and perfectly cooked with a mild crunch and had a delicious seasoning. Talk about being pleasantly surprised. Folks, this is not your 'typical' bar food! This stray dog will definitely return, and I may get a microchip that reads "return to Double Dogs if found."

Other diners chose the Pina colada and also a Friday cocktail special of Holy Water, which included blue curaçao. Feedback was mixed. We started with 1/2 pound of hot and spicy peel and eat shrimp and a dozen oysters. Great preparation and taste. It was apparently all so good and we had such a great time that we forgot to take photos of the food. We shared steamer bowls and a captain's platter. This allowed for a variety of crab legs, steamed oysters, sausages, corn, red potatoes, garlic Parmesan bread, shrimp, grouper, onion rings, clam strips, along with butter, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce. We had arrived famished and we all left satiated and carrying out To Go boxes.
