Well.... We tried it. The fries were tasty! So there's that. The crew working were very nice and seemed to get on with each other very well! The chicken tenders were cold and gross. Guy apologized and that was that. The burgers were... ok. Nothing special about them. Edible- unlike the tenders. Glad we added bacon but it didn't really make any difference... Would I eat there again for real, no. But I'd go back for the friendly service and maybe an order of fries but that's it. I'm Not sure it's worth the money for gas just for fries since it's out of the way, but if I happen to be close by- maybe. I don't know. It smelled like a funky gym and the smell being wafted every time people got up was unappealing while trying to eat. So that's another reason I don't think we could. Ordered food five times. Three deliveries. Two drive-through. Only one time was the order correct. When the order is correct the food is quite good. However they have no consistency at all. We've had ice cold deliveries for food that should at least be warm. We've had them leave out salad dressings or other condiments OFTEN. We've spent eighteen minutes to get our food with only one person in front of us in the drive-thru. The weight of certain ingredients isn't consistent. One time we'll receive a large piece. Sometimes it's so small we feel screwed over. I contacted the restaurant after our fifth order. A manager was going to put me on hold to check on something. No problem. Magically he disconnected me instead. Look at my other reviews. I'm patient. I'm human. All of us make mistakes. But I'm giving up on this place. Thankfully they haven't ruined Texas Roadhouse...yet. read more

This was probably one of the worst drive thru experiences I've had in a long time. They have 2 drive thru lines with one girl bouncing back and forth through traffic to take peoples orders. I had a mobile order and sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Get to the window to get my food and the lady handing out food was so nice but was so overwhelmed. Looked like management was just worried about packing peoples food to sit on a table instead of trying to figure out what the actual problem was. read more

First time ever to eat at Jagger's and was excited to try. The employee at the counter was super patient and friendly, as we browsed the menu and ordered at 8:15pm. However, the food was not even warm , to include Mushroom burger, Crispy Chicken Deluxe and Tater Tots. And buns were cold. I regret we didn't take them back and request freshly cooked. Looking at their website, it says the food is prepared only after it is ordered, which one assumes means cooked to order. The order came out within 5 minutes of us sitting down. The staff in the kitchen and front of the house were all busy breaking down food and beverage areas, with some deep cleaning taking place behind the window too. It would have been nice if the same amount of attention was being given to making sure food quality and temps were just as important. Especially since you don't close until 10pm. read more

We tried the other Jaggers by Ruth Chris, but this location was closer to our shopping trip to Louisville. Zero issues. Our food was fresh; I burned my tongue on a French fry, but I was hungry then. Needless to say, the restrooms were clean, and that's probably my biggest tell-tell about a restaurant's kitchen: how they keep the restrooms clean, which are visible to the public. The bottom line is that we had zero issues at this location. So, give them a try if you're in the neighborhood. read more

My family of 4 had a great experience at Jaggers in its new Middletown location. The interior felt modern and offered a variety of seating, from booths to low and high tops. Customers order at the counter and the food will be delivered to your table. Burgers have 2 patties which worked for my husband and teen, while I ordered a kids meal with one. It came with a small side of fries and I added a side salad. My oldest son opted for a grilled chicken Cobb salad. They have lots of options for at the soda fountain plus tea. Burgers, chicken tenders and salads available. Plus they are known for milkshakes. The restaurant felt clean and the tables were ready for seating. Even the soda and condiment area were well taken care of. The drive thru was busy and moved quickly, or plenty of parking for dining in. read more

This was the second time I've tried the Jaggers food chain. I am still not impressed. The first time I had a salad, it was mediocre. This time I opted for a bacon cheeseburger. The bun had a sticky, doughy texture that I didn't like. I'm not a fan of the shoestring style fries. The fruit cup for my kiddo seemed old and not fresh. The grilled chicken we ordered for him was stringy. Like I said, just not impressed. I cannot see our family visiting Jaggers again. The store was clean. The employees were nice. I really liked the whole vibe of this place in general. The food was really good and it came out in less than 5 minutes. It was fresh and hot with the veggies still cold, so thats exactly how it should be done! The fries are so good. Crispy and no hard edges etc. Seasoning is definitely on point too. I tried the 1st burger on the menu and the grilled chicken sandwich also. They were both super good and a nice size. Staff was pretty nice overall, and it was pretty clean. Couple of tables not wiped down here and there, but I'm not too picky about that stuff. It was busy. Plenty of parking and also a double drive thru option. I'll be back! read more

Jaggers is the newest addition to the food scene in the rapidly developing Eastwood area. It's conveniently located, and serves delicious fast food. I can't get enough of their green chile burger and shoestring fries. The chicken sandwich was okay, not the best fast food fired chicken, but all that is offset by the deliciously seasoned and crispy shoestring fries. The green chile burger had a good kick of heat to it, the onions just bring it home! The staff are super attentive and nice. I tried drive through and was very impressed. The man who took my order was really friendly and helpful when I told him it was my first visit. He didn't rush me at all while I looked over the menu. My mushroom and Swiss burger was hot, fresh and delicious. The tots were classic tots and very good. I loved that the sauces come in little cups which gives the impression they are all made fresh. I am glad Jaggers opened in Middletown and have gone fairly often. I love their burgers and California grilled chicken sandwich. We pretty much just order a sandwich and sometimes a milkshake; strawberry. (Which is very good) We recently got the peppermint milkshake and were excited to try it but I think the guy who made it forgot to put peppermint in the shake, there was some sprinkled on top though. I have been to many of the Jaggers locations and I am a big fan of their food. However, this location is by far the worst I have been to. The food was okay, but not warm or fresh tasting especially with how busy they were. There was one person expediting orders while the girl at the front reclined herself and sorted receipts with no one in line. The restaurant was not clean and the drink station was a disaster. I will make my way to the Breckenridge or Westport Rd location and avoid this one. Very disappointing visit. read more

Love this new burger joint!! We ordered a fried chicken salad, tater Tots, California Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It has been open four days and there was quite a few people gathering to eat. The drive through was busy as well so plan on a short wait at lunch time. The food arrived hot, fresh, salad crispy. We got the biscuit gravy, sweet pepper, and blue cheese for dipping. Salad was crisp with fried cut up chicken tenders, I recommend the salads!! Chicken sandwich had plentiful sliced avocado and crispy lettuce, very good. We eat here a couple times a week. It is hard to beat their prices and the quality of food is amazing. They have some of the best salads you can get. So I live across the street from this one... we have been there 4 time and every time we all have stomach problems I'm sorry to say this, but we'll have bathroom problems. so the food is OK it's not great and if you're constipated, it's a great laxative and I'm sorry to say this I really hope it would be good. It's the first time we've ever had Jaggers we just moved here from California and we don't have it there.We were excited to try this place. It looks really good and tonight was the last straw we were all just exploding it's not fun it's a nightmare in my house. Just had lunch at the Jaggers in Middletown and it was excellent - super fast service, and they were very attentive even after our food was brought to our table to check a couple of times to see if we needed anything, and cleared our dishes when we were done. Clean as can be inside and the food was very fresh and delicious - I had the Berry Fresh salad, which was the perfect size for lunch, not too big and not too small, plenty of chicken that was seasoned great, and plenty of fruit as well, just the way I like it. It was a salad like you would get at any sit-down nice restaurant, WAY better than any fast-food competitor. My friend got the Crazy Good cheeseburger and said it was great as well. read more
