He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!

They said they never came to tow it because it was a resident vehicle and they weren't able to get ahold of the owner to ask them to move it first, even though our leasing office said that they had no record of it being a resident vehicle. Even if it's a resident, its parked where it shouldn't be, and if they can't get ahold of the owner in a given time, they should just come remove it! Terrible experience and doesn't inspire confidence that the situation will get resolved if it happens again. Wish our apartments would use a better, more reliable towing company.

Import towing towed my son's car from a parking lot he has always parked which just recently…read morechanged their parking parameters and the sign noting this was hidden behind a tree which he did not see. While its completely understandable things happen part of life, what's not understandable was the way he was treated by both the person towing the car (he did talk to tow driver and was actually leaving right when they were towing the car) and the yard when he went to pick it up. Both employees were unbelievably rude and unprofessional when dealing with him while he tried to remain calm. Maybe these guys are used to dealing with obnoxious college kids being a college town and all but that's not fair treat all people based on a bias. My son comes from a family who owns several auto shops and knows how to handle himself with grace and respect and it would have been nice if the guys at import towing showed the same curtesy. Also, the price of the tow and to impound his car seemed very high and to get it back 8 hours earlier for $140 more seems ridiculous. Maybe they think they are teaching these kids a lesson but really all they are doing is teaching them to not be respectful and understanding in a tuff situation. Its' not hard to be a nice person it actually takes much more effort to be an A** Hole.
