She's a reflection of how unreliable the entire business is to allow these things.

To start off... I get there and was greeted with wow I didn't think you'd show up. Ummm ok. That's…read moreweird. I've had this girl trim my hair once and showed up for that appointment. Then she starts foils. In between my foils she's helping a new girl cut others hair. At least 4 of them. Mind you my foils are already started all over. So she finishes my foils and it's now been 3 hours and 15 mintues. Then she' keeps saying oh my god I'm overbooked. Over and over. It was stressful as hell. I kept saying should my foils be in this long? Yea it's fine she said. I myself know it's not but I'm at the mercy of this girl. So I finally say ok I'm done! She said yep it's time. She rinses me out with the coldest water known to man. I'm 53 and I know you don't need dam cold water to rinse but she said ok it's a must. Such bs. So it's rinsed and I'm to flustered to even have her dry it. My ass is numb I'm thirsty and wow. I get home and what was supposed to be brown low lights is bright ass red. Stripes! I have red stripes with my blonde hair. $180 for fried hair that I can't do a damn thing with. I would never suggest anyone to go there. I hate saying that but the experience sucked. I should get a refund honestly
