The medical care I've received has always been excellent, and the physicians are the only reason I continue coming to this practice. Unfortunately, the front office has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any medical practice. My interactions with the office staff have been consistently frustrating and, at times, upsetting. They often come across as rude, dismissive, and combative, making patients feel like they are a nuisance simply for calling the office. On one occasion, a staff member answered the phone by saying, "What do you want?" in an abrasive tone, which was completely unprofessional. Michelle, in particular, has repeatedly been difficult to work with and has come across as unkind and unwilling to help. Phone calls frequently go unanswered or are never returned, appointments have been scheduled incorrectly, and I've received conflicting information from the office on multiple occasions. Instead of helping resolve issues, interactions often create more confusion and unnecessary stress. It's incredibly disappointing because the physicians provide exceptional care, but the front office experience consistently falls far below that standard. I sincerely hope the practice addresses these concerns, as patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism from the moment they contact the office.

I called many places in lower Westchester but most don't treat kids younger than 7. The PT places that specialize in pediatric therapy did not have availability for weeks. Optimum Physical Therapy made an exception for my daughter and have been absolutely amazing with her care. My daughter's arm has quickly made remarkable improvement in strength and range of motion. The noticeable differences are remarkable from session to session. What makes Optimum exceptional is that they make PT so fun for my little girl. She absolutely loves going and fills the place with laughters from having such a great time. We are very grateful for the kind, accommodating, and amazing staff at Optimum. A quick update on Optimum... they just moved to a brand new location on Central Park Ave. The new facilities are absolutely amazing. I love the bright windows, new machines, lockers, etc. Unfortunately I rolled my ankle out and fell badly but I am very confident that the therapists at Optimum will help me strengthen my ankle to prevent another incident.

I thought it was odd when I was asked to remove my bra (for a leg massage?!) I got a back massage and some Chinese accupuncture on my back, apparently this helps to loosen quads (!!!!!). It didn't ... The second/ third time, I went to see a physio, I had 5-10 mins of pressure release in my calf then was put for 25 mins on a massage machine. I was given stretching exercises to go home with. My legs were getting worse not better, so I went to a different physio in new Rochelle's who confirmed I had been given the wrong diagnosis, the wrong parts of my body had been worked on and the exercises I had been given to do at home were making my issues worse (!!!). At the end of a therapy session I am without pain, and this has been lasting longer with each session. The staff is compassionate and very skilled, and they know the names of every patient. There are two MDs on staff who can prescribe therapy and meds where needed. They also offer podcasts covering a variety of medical issues. The facilities are immaculate, and comfortable and make it easy to be there. Treatment rooms are private and sanitized after every patient. I am very comfortable going to Millennium, even to practicing at home because they make it feel easy. They are keeping me "young," and moving. All the PT's I have worked with have been exceptional-they are caring, polite, kind and very knowledgable. They always check-in to see how the therapy is going and what can be improved/changed and they are all very patient and willing to answer questions and help guide the session. The office staff as well is exceptional, from the PT aide's to the front desk support everyone is friendly and welcoming even when they are busy and the phones are ringing and multiple arrive for their session. The office is very clean and there is rarely a wait when I come for my scheduled appointment time, they are almost always on schedule. I have been to other physical therapy practices over the years and I found this one superior--also they accept many insurances which has made things much easier financially as well. They seem to treat a wide range of ailments--my situation dealing with contact and painful headaches was a bit unique but they have three therapists who are trained in headache management and I have had the opportunity to meet with all three of them on different dates. Annmarie and both Steven's are fantastic. I have finally started to get some relief for these debilitating headaches!
