Yesterday, I did the initial 3 excercises and then waited 15 mins to be given directions for the next set; directions never came. Very disappointing. While I'm still suffering, I hesitate to return since they're so nonchalant about clients who are depending on them for relief.

The chairs for patients are extremely uncomfortable. The patient sinks into the chair and has a serious problem getting up. This place has no windows. The only ventilation is air conditioning that is mostly turned off. After 15 minutes of waiting, 10 patients start having trouble breathing and all cough at once. It is very dangerous for people with asthma. People wait in the hallway or street to avoid coughing. (Maybe keeping the door open will help). Recently I had three doctor's appointments in one day. One appointment was cancelled, and I got there 2 hours early. This place is always full of patients. The nurse Practitioner who usually takes care of me had time to go outside 3 times... I waited exactly 2 hours to be seen for a 5-minute procedure. Next time I will think twice. The choice is yours!

I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Rumia Tsymbalyuk…read more She loves babies and that is so reassuring and wonderful when she works with my little one. We are so thankful to have her help my son with his physical development. Our son couldn't jump and we saw him improve with his physical development so much over the sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always attentive to my child's needs. She always brought something interesting for our son to play with or work with during sessions. Rimma was patient, but also adamant enough to get our son to work on activities and do them somewhat on his own. We've achieved significant progress thanks to Rimma's approach and dedication. My son loved her and responded very well during the sessions. Rimma was also very flexible with our busy schedule. I highly recommend Rimma to anyone who is need of for a pediatric physical therapist for their baby. We are so happy and blessed to have her help my son with his physical development!

Let me start by saying if you got an appointment with Rimma at Jag One, consider yourself very…read morelucky!!! Yes, there is a very long waiting list that might take months for your turn to come BUT it is well worth the wait! When I first contacted Jag One Physical Therapy my baby was 9 month old. It took a few months to hear back from them due to such an overwhelming list of people that are striving to see Rimma, the children's physical therapist. However once our turn came and I came for our first appointment, I quickly understood why. The office: the front desk girls are very nice and patient. They are extremely accommodating. There is a separate room where pediatric patients are seen. The room is clean, sanitized, has air purifier, heater, and central A/C. There are lots of toys and lots of equipment. Appointment: when it comes to your appointment, you have 30 minutes! EXACTLY 30 MINUTES from your appointment time NOT from the time you arrived! So don't be late because you are taking time away from other babies and it's not fair! To be honest, I think that is a great way to operate especially when you arrive with a baby! There is never a wait and you can plan your babies schedule accordingly. And YES 30 MIN is enough, you might feel like it's not enough time BUT that is all your child can handle and Rimma, the physical therapist, makes use of the entire time you are with her! The physical therapist : I had to leave the best for last! Rimma, the physical therapist, is simply amazing!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and a very educated individual. Although I am a nurse myself, I still leave every appointment with some new information that I never knew before. Her knowledge extends from Western to Holistic care and she is always eager to share all types of research if that is something you are interested in. I find that to be so important, because that is exactly how every doctor should be. Besides being a well rounded doctor, she is also the sweetest person you'll meet! My baby absolutely loves her and gets excited every time she sees her. She treats my child as if she is her own by praising her, being gentle with her and by truly caring. Rimma goes above and beyond by always making herself available to answer any questions, address any new concerns and by following up. She sends us home with print outs of the exercises that we can do at home and lots of amazing advice. As well as during the appointment, she is fully engaged in helping your child succeed and get better with each activity. You can see how much love and care Rimma gives to every baby that walks through her door. We've been going to Rimma for a couple of months and I do see a tremendous improvement in my baby's physical health on daily basis! It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient and once you do, spread the word because every child deserves such an amazing physical therapist.
