The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! I liked that we were kept informed on the progress; we regularly received photos and communications especially when sections of the roof were found to be in rough shape. He found the leak, which was a nail that was lifted. He sealed it for a nominal fee and was on his way. The roof has not leaked since. We had mentioned to Al we thought it was a bigger job of having to replace the flashing. I am happy Al was honest and fixed what the problem actually was and did not try to sell us another service. In general, it was frustrating to have to keep spelling out all the details of what we wanted, correcting errors of understanding and the like. That said, the sales people were friendly, pleasant and caring, but we were ultimately turned off to working with them
