The other item I looked at also had peanut butter. I did not try a cake and was hoping to find cookies to try but no luck. I don't live anywhere near here and I'm not sure if I'd go out of my way for it. I highly recommend the veal sandwhiches and Natesh pastries. We enjoyed both items- however, if we had to pick our favourite, it would be the cannolis. The exterior was so crunchy (and very satisfying) and the filling was smooth and creamy. Each flavour had the right amount of sweetness to satisfy our cravings! The doughnut was good- it had the smooth and creamy custard filling, but the dough tasted a bit hard (so it was not as pillowly as we thought).
