What I really like is how easy they make the whole process. I simply pull up, unload everything, and they take care of the rest. Yes, I know I could probably make extra money selling some of the metal separately, but honestly, the convenience, service, and professionalism here make it worth it for me. They also recycle aluminum cans, bottles, and many other materials, and they pay customers for recyclables. It's a family-owned business, and I've known the owners and their father for a long time. I walked in and there was a guy staring me down. I asked if he worked there and he shook his head, so I was just thinking "why are you staring at me then?" I continued on and went to the desk. Two of the guys started yelling, "no, you have to move it now!" I shook my head because I was literally on my way out in two minutes after the payment was processed and I had been there for three minutes. They kept aggressively yelling, saying that I wouldn't be allowed back. I told them that I don't plan to come back. The lady at the desk then started yelling back at them at the top of her lungs to leave me alone, that I was a new customer and on my way out. I went in Tuesday to get access to the original car. it was already pulled out and accessible. But what they did next shocked me. They already pulled the part for me. Now, I doubt this is normal business practice but I was very pleasantly surprised when my part was already pulled for me.
