Nikki has helped me tremendously, and I'm so grateful I found her…read more One of the things I appreciate most is that you don't even have to know exactly what you need to work on. She has an incredible ability to help you figure out where certain feelings, emotions, and patterns are coming from and gently get to things that may be buried much deeper than you realize. She has helped me work through past traumas and issues that I didn't even know I was still carrying. I've learned so much about myself through the process and have been able to work through things that were affecting me without me even realizing it. She is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and truly amazing at what she does. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering hypnotherapy or simply wants to better understand themselves and work through things that may be holding them back.

I very rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others can do…read moretheir own research and make an informed decision. I purchased a three-session hypnotherapy package for $780. During our first appointment, we discussed what was currently happening in my life, including the fact that I had recently sold my house. During that first session, Nikki also strongly encouraged me to purchase her book. I ended up buying it for $20 even though I almost never purchase physical books and use Audible instead. The book itself is not the main issue for me, but in hindsight it contributed to my overall discomfort with how frequently additional purchases and services seemed to come up. My primary concern occurred during my second session. While I was still under hypnosis, Nikki discussed the possibility of my daughter seeing her as well. She told me my daughter and I could share a package and went through different package options and prices with me, including one that was approximately $2,500. I am completely certain I was still under hypnosis during this conversation. I distinctly remember Nikki counting me back out afterward, and I remember the end of the appointment feeling rushed because we had gone over time. This was not a conversation that happened after the hypnosis portion of the session had ended. At the time, I did not fully process how uncomfortable the situation made me. The following day, I told my regular therapist exactly what had happened. That conversation caused me to take a much closer look at the experience and recognize how uncomfortable I felt about financial decisions and additional services being discussed while I was under hypnosis. I later brought my concerns directly to Nikki. She disagreed with my recollection of what occurred. I explained why the experience had affected my trust and why I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I asked Nikki for a full refund of the $780 package because I did not feel the sessions had helped me and, in fact, I was left feeling worse than I did before seeing her. She refused to provide a full refund. What was especially upsetting to me was that she would not refund me for the second session either, despite that being the session in which, according to my recollection, time while I was under hypnosis was used to discuss additional packages, pricing, and potentially bringing my daughter in as a client. I was only refunded for the unused final session. What has been most upsetting is that I sought hypnotherapy because I genuinely wanted help. Instead, I am now left feeling that I wasted my time and money, with additional trust issues that I am having to work through with my regular therapist, and more than $400 that I will never get back. There are many practitioners available, so please do your research and be very clear about boundaries, financial conversations, and what you are comfortable agreeing to before beginning hypnotherapy. Based on my personal experience, I would simply say: beware, ask questions, and trust your instincts if something does not feel right. I truly wish my experience had been different. I am sharing this because I believe people should have as much information as possible before deciding who they trust with something as vulnerable as hypnotherapy.
