I chose her because of her east coast area code - I needed someone who was going to understand my energy! She has helped me grow and heal leaps and bounds in the 9 months I've been seeing her. She practices EMDR therapy, which I have done before, but the way she does it is much more effective than what I have experienced in the past. We also do EFT and visualization exercises that help me manage anxiety caused by negative thoughts and catastrophizing. She has given me so many tools for mindfulness, for keeping my emotions in check, and for being a mentally healthier and more self aware person.
