I had Jade install security cameras in and around my elderly sisters home a few years ago. I have had very few issues with the cameras and I must say that they do the job. On the few occasions when I have had to call, Jade customer service has not been great. The representatives were nice but rarely followed up when they say they would, causing me to be inconvenienced and initiate follow up phone calls. I am happy to say that the last time I called, mid February, I was transferred to Adrian. Adrian was extremely attentive, knowledgable and helpful. He even called me back when he said he would. Adrian was not able to fix the problem remotely so he said he would create a ticket and send someone out on a Thursday. No one showed up on Thursday. When I called Jade the customer service rep. said that the "ticket got stuck in the system." Another appointment was scheduled for Monday. On Monday, February 19, 2024, at approximately 3:30 pm, a tech, (didn't get his name) arrived at my sister's home. I asked him not to leave until the issue was resolved as this was a safety issue for my sister. This tech did not appear to be interested in resolving the problem. He said that he couldn't diagnose the problem until camera was fully charged. I'm not a Jade Communications expert, but I knew this was not the issue. The very patient, knowledgable, and attentive, Ty was dispatched to my sisters home on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Ty quickly diagnosed the issue and noticed that the power switch to the camera had to be turned ON. Simple fix! Monday tech couldn't figure that out? Ty also walked around the house and made sure there were no issues with the outdoor cameras. After the job was completed, Adrian once again followed up with me to ensure everything had been taken care of. Thanks Adrian! If you have an issue with your Jade service, speak with Adrian at tech support and ask for Ty to come out and fix your hardware! Customer service gets 3 stars. Adrian and Ty get 5 stars! read more

The customer service at this place is downright terrible. I left so irritated that I was angry and lost sleep. I was a customer for over a year. The worker was told not to replace my broken box by the manager. The box does not work and the manager insisted that because it came on, it was fine. The box turns on and off so much that it is useless and you can barely run Jade. Then I was informed that my service doesn't cover the cost of the box and I had to pay $160 for an new one because the box is in "terrible condition." The box is in near perfect condition besides the stand being missing (it is here, we just forgot it when we disconnected it). She handed me back the same broken box and basically told me I was stupid and did not realize the box was fine. Well the new box amazing works fine and the old one would not work at all. Then I was told that this terrible service was fine because we broke it. We had it a year or more and it simply broke from normal wear and tear which the company refused to replace and passed the cost to customer. Honestly, I was so disgusted by the horrible customer service that I lost sleep. I was pissed. read more

Transitioned to Jade this month & found them incredibly helpful. They reviewed my needs (I was good to go with the lower rate) and arranged for a timely install. Mel, at the front desk was great, she got me set with their phone apps and answered my numerous questions like the amazing professional she is. Saul, who did my installation, was awesome ... even after I locked myself (and him) out of my apartment building by accident (yeah ... true story). He was patient and understanding. We did a brief walked thru and he confirmed my needs and then set about to quickly install & activate my new service. It's been about a week and everything is going great. Jade's tech feels Next Level and I'm looking forward to a long and happy service relationship. Had a great follow-up call today from the spectacular Zach, just to check-in and see how things went. He answered the few questions I had and reviewed a few things about the service & billing. All Good! Thank You Jade for a smooth transition to my new & better service! read more

First of all allow me to explain my situation, my cabin is relatively high in the mountain, it has a locked gate for access and snow conditions are dicey until May. We had satellite internet prior to Jade and it was slow, intermittent and expensive for what you got. I contacted Jade in April, by the way everyone I spoke with was helpful and considerate, and we decided I would contact them again in June. When I called, they had a satellite view of my cabin so I could explain exactly where I wanted the cable to go, they dug the line the following Wednesday, and the following Tuesday they installed everything and we had interne! Speed has been great, unlimited data allows us to watch movies and use the compute/laptop, and our phone service is better than at home! I would definitely recommend Jade, and I have, to anyone looking for fast reliable service. read more

We've been relying on Jade Communication for our line-of-sight internet, and it has consistently performed admirably. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional technical support, available even on weekends. I recently sought assistance in setting up security cameras, and their team guided me through the process with expertise. In terms of pricing, it aligns well with the services provided and the location. Having been loyal customers for years, we appreciate the proactive approach they take in keeping us informed about new equipment. While the only downside is the distance, the efficiency of the service makes it worthwhile for the cost. Overall, Jade Communication has proven to be a reliable choice for our connectivity needs. read more

I have Jade WiFi at 2 homes, in Alamosa and in Manassa. It works great at both places. I had to contact tech support once for a connection issue, which they quickly resolved quickly. I was surprised to see they had bad reviews for customer service. I haven't had any issues with customer service or tech support. They've always been very nice and supportive when I've reached out to them. Their internet speeds are fast and dependable compared to what I had previously with Century Link, with which customer service was almost impossible to contact. Jade Communications is a far cry better than what I had before. I'm happy with them. They're less expensive and faster! read more

Listen folks Jade Communications is an awesome place with awesome equipment! The staff is outstanding! I come from the east coast Intel community and do consider myself abit of an expert on connectivity and consistent working equipment! IF you take care of their equipment inside your house (animal control, pest control ect) and ask them their advice on what you would like to see and THEN follow their recommendations, then YOU my friends will not be disappointed at all! We stream TV and multiple internet usage and BY GOD Jade Communications provides better service than the Federal government on the east coast with Federal equipment! Fantastic people to deal with! read more

We want to leave a review of our recent transactions with Cameron, Adrian Palmgren, and Zac Reaves. All of these young men went above and beyond the call of duty getting 2 old technophobes hooked up and operational on our new jade/blanca WiFi. Extremely courteous and helpful in all respects! Very patient with our questions and gave understandable answers and directions we were able to easily follow! These guys all deserve a pat on the back. Congratulations to your company for employing top notch folks! With great appreciation, Brad and Terry Henderson read more

My appreciation of your service is tops. However My serious disapproval is over the inundation of ads, commercials and instructional programs. If you have an answer to this home invasion of sales pitches, please let me know about it... I will pay and sign up gladly! T.V. enjoyment is all but destroyed by the greed of selling ad time to merchants. To listen to an occasional ad is understandable, but to beat the audience to death with ads helps no one and probably hurts. I would sincerely appreciate any suggestions to help with this imbalance. read more

We have been with Jade for almost 2 years. We have never had better internet. We both work from home and were very nervous about moving to a remote area. We tried one of their competitors and it was not a good experience. I am so glad I contacted Jade. The customer service is phenomenal. Dax has been out here a few times and is a gem!!! Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgable and efficient. It works really well and we have not missed a day of work due to a connection disruption. Thank You Jade Family. read more

I am new to Jade, The install was impeccable. Edsel, the technician, is an amazing human being! He was so kind and respectful. I am in my 70's, so not tech savy. He walked me through every step, even setting up the app on my phone. Mel is another amazing human being. She was wonderful to work with getting my instal date set up and explained the billing. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to find a company that really cares about their customers in a genuine way. God Bless you all ! read more

Jade was recommended to me by a local, and I've been extremely pleased with the service thus far. Fiber was originally scheduled to be installed 1 May, but Jade was able to get here early and install on 23 April. The technicians were quick, professional, and conscientious. Total install time was roughly one hour. I am getting consistently fast download and upload speeds above 900Mbps and have no complaints at all. Will recommend to others in the area. read more

Zac Reaves has helped us out many times. I tell the other companies that I am very happy with Jade and will remain a loyal customer. They have great customer service, and I get a human Everytime I call. That means a great deal to us. When I ask them or Zac a question; he knows exactly what the problem or the issue is immediately and fixes it, or explains it. Great company because of the people who work for Alamosa Jade. read more

I want to congratulate Jade for subcontracting to Bonfire.com to do trenching and laying fiber optic to my cabin. Even though they actually accidentally cut my power line they were so very sorry and attentive and made sure they got it repaired and my power restored before they left my premises. Kudos to Ryley Komaloski, Evan Folkerson, Leroy Lyman and Daniel for their professionalism! read more

We just changed to Jade and we are so happy with the service we are getting. Our internet is faster than our previous provider and so far we have been impressed. The cost is very similar but we are getting a much better connection. The tech who came out to install our service was professional, fast, and very nice. We look forward to having service with Jade for a long time! read more
