I was never asked to measure my head to determine wig size. I realize now that sizing should be the first step in the process. I paid over $3,000. and when I did received the wig it was much too small, and it wouldn't stay on my head. It would pop off. I had seen so many videos of Jessica just effortlessly pull a wig on and taking it off. No mention of clipping it in. As soon as I received the package I immediately called Jessica. We FaceTimed. She was a very rude, fast talker. She insisted that the wig had to be clipped in and sent head bands and clips for me to sew in myself. Wigs are final sale she said and washed her hands of me. I have very little hair to clip to and the wig and it would not stay on my head. It was an extremely busy time as I was moving from toronto to calgary, so had to move on. Of course I was very upset. I have never worn this wig once. It's been a sore spot for a long time. A couple of weeks ago I started a conversation with Mellisa to see if there was anything that could be done at this point. She suggested stretching it, me stretching it myself. She was supposed to get back to me but of course, has since ghosted me. I realize I am out alot of money and sit here with an expensive lesson. Buyer Beware- beware buying JoHair wigs online. There is no guarantee that they will fit. And JoHair is not the only game in town. There are now other Canadian wig suppliers that do an excellent job. JoHair has Very poor customer service when things go wrong. Once they have your money, they are done with you. Buyer Beware.
