My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about Advanced Fertility Care. Every person here…read morewas incredibly caring during our fertility journey and we will forever be grateful for the work they did to ensure we were informed and ready to take on the next step in our journey. Dr. Zoneraich was always friendly, straight forward, and willing to answer our questions. Dr. Peterson was knowledgeable and always helped us feel at ease during our interactions. Kelly did a majority of our procedures and was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel extremely comfortable and hopeful along our journey. Taylor was also incredibly kind and it was refreshing to have a friendly and familiar face at appointments. Last but not least, Savannah was truly my savior in this process. She answered all of my crazy questions, checked in regularly, and really helped us keep our sanity during this journey. We truly cannot thank the team enough for the patience, care, and compassion they showed us. After trying to conceive for 6 years, it is a dream come true to be expecting our first baby in December. If you're looking for an office with a stellar team that will treat you like family and put your mind at ease, look no further. Graduating from the clinic was a bittersweet moment, but they'll forever hold a place in our family!

I went to my appointment at 40 weeks, and we decided to schedule another appointment for the following week to discuss the option of induction if the baby did not come. When the baby didn't arrive, I went for my appointment, but the receptionist informed me that Dr. Brotsky had gone on vacation and wouldn't return for a week. I understand that people have lives, but this information hadn't been communicated to me, and I was 41 weeks pregnant. I felt abandoned. I wanted to speak with a nurse practitioner at least to ensure the baby's safety, but they told me I didn't need to talk to anyone and instructed me to call the hospital in three days to schedule an induction. I experienced a lot of anxiety waiting for the baby and having no backup plan. Three days later, the hospital called me and asked me to come in within 40 minutes because apparently, Dr. Brotsky had scheduled an induction for me, but no one had informed me. We rushed to the hospital. Dr. Brotsky returned for the birth even though I had been told she was gone for a week. After practicing pushing with her a few times, she left me with the nurse. I had an epidural so I was not feeling contractions and the monitor was not working and not reading them. I was pushing but not making progress. When I asked Dr. Brotsky to come back, she responded with, "How can I help you?" when I was so vulnerable and needed guidance and support. Once she arrived, my baby was born in 20 minutes. So she could have helped by simply doing her job!!! I am grateful that both my baby and I are healthy, but I couldn't have the birth I had envisioned because of poor communication and planning. I don't recommend Dr. Brotsky. While she seems to care, it feels insincere, and in reality, she does not seem to prioritize her patients' needs.

From the moment we met her she met us with kindness and love. Finding a doctor as a same-sex couple is always a little scary, but she made us feel like family. Thank you, Dr. Brotsky and the entire staff, you made our journeys that much better.

She would go in circles about this for about 10 minutes and I don't appreciate being talked to like this when all I needed was to make an appointment for abnormal bleeding, which could even just be spotting, but it's my first time and I wouldn't know after explaining that she still use the word miscarriage and was very rude to me. However, I did encounter one very rude phlebotomist (the heavy-set Caucasian woman who worked in the small office near the bathrooms). Every single time she took my labs. Don't work in healthcare if you have a negative attitude. What truly broke my trust was what happened with my sister, who I referred here because I believed she would be well cared for. She suffered a miscarriage, and instead of providing compassionate and thorough care, the office repeatedly gave her medication to pass the pregnancy without success. Her concerns and fears were consistently dismissed with reassurances that "everything would be fine." Shockingly, they never performed an ultrasound to confirm that the pregnancy tissue had passed. This went on for months. Ultimately, my sister ended up in the ER, where it was discovered that there was still retained tissue, and that the baby had been inside her for three months. I am horrified that her life was put at such serious risk of infection and complications due to the negligence of this office. To make matters worse, one of the doctors even told my sister that "ultrasounds were too expensive" when she asked for confirmation that the tissue was gone. Because she is non- confrontational, she didn't push back, but the ER nurses were shocked at how poorly this situation was handled. The ER reviewed her medical notes and confirmed how severely she had been neglected. My sister ended up having to get a D&C at the ER where they pulled out A LOT of tissue. I am disappointed. For that reason, I will not be coming back. If I were ever to experience a complicated pregnancy or miscarriage, I know this office would not take my concerns seriously or provide the care needed. It is truly unfortunate, but I can no longer trust this place, and now I have to find care elsewhere.
