They hand you a random piece of paper charging $500 for a 20 minute appointment without any sort of itemization. Number two, the standard of care here was very disappointing. I was referred here due to a previous procedure that failed and I had a difficult time getting a straight and consistent recommendation on treatment options. It become very clear to me the surgeon Proothi was more concerned with not making his buddies in the field look bad rather than providing me the clarity I deserved as a paying patient.
