They called back quickly and were at my house within a few hours. They worked on my drain for hours. One of the guys melted a small amount of soffit with a heat gun. I pointed it out and a worker called the owner. The owner made what I think was an overly generous offer to compensate me, and they apologized on the spot without making any excuses. I am impressed with their honesty and commitment to customer service. I am torn between 4 and 5 stars, since they did melt some vinyl, but if they hadn't I would never have known what a decent group this is. I would recommend them to anyone.

Also needed a bathroom vanity installed. Vinnie and Joe were so professional and quick and the work was exceptional. The trim work in the bathroom needed to be cut to fit the vanity - it was perfectly cut and the vanity fit into the space like it was built that way. He also replaced the old corroded metal pipes with new pvc and replaced the shut off valves that were busted and worn. I will certainly call Frank's Plumbing again as I will need more work done on this old house.

These twits will leave you with more damage than you started with then overcharge you for incompetent, sloppy work then go cry about how they're doing the best they can and they don't understand why you're dissatisfied with the extra damage that they'll deny they even caused. Find yourself an actual decent plumber, these guys do crap work and then charge an arm and a leg for it. If you do have the misfortune of hiring them, take before pictures so you have proof how sloppy their work is. The owner that answers the phone is a defensive and whiney little prick with zero people skills and if you insult him or his guys' work he threatens to send his guys back over to "talk." And if you point out that their work is not complete he'll say "you must have money issues." Strong words coming from a plumber. The guy he sent didn't even have all the proper equipment and had to use my tools.
