Some of the bouquets were stuffed so tight into the bins it was impossible to view them. If you are looking for fresh flowers, I'd pass on Festival. I understand that flowers are a secondary product, but it's clear the employees are not trained to make the most of them.

Afterwards we got to sample the smoked goodness of the smoked trout products they make and sell. The food we did get to try was very delicious. We will definitely be back. The place is off the beat an path, but well worth the effort to get here. It is an actual working trout farm. You can also fish and they will cook it for you. Everyone needs to come here for the food and stay for the fun!
