She was kind and willing to come out on a Sunday with little notice, and she allowed us to wait until 7:00 pm so that my brother could be there. She had excellent bed side manners and was very kind. We were able to have our other dogs come in and say goodbye to Angel before she passed. She sedated our large dog, Angel, enough so that she was completely relaxed and at peace. She even allowed us to take a family picture with Angel. Dr. Wong gave us the gift of our beautiful Angel dying with dignity surrounded by family and I can not thank her enough for that.

They are completely thorough with your pet exams and explain everything in detail - I never feel like I'm unsure of what's going on or feel like they didn't do enough (which I have other places). They have wonderful bedside manner with my dogs... and me. Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they are also willing to work with long term clients as far as payments, should you be in a bind - which I have been. They also will suggest a decent home/over the counter remedy if possible, before I run my dog in and they've always been on point and saved me some money. Plus their prices are considerably more affordable than any vet in Athens. Even their prescription meds are considerably cheaper than online pet med carriers. My eldest dog who is 15 has been suffering from some chronic allergies that have plagued him for years. Other vets had me spinning my wheels and spending money on special tests and exams that were unnecessary. I brought my pup in there and they came up with a complete game plan to help him. Dr. Mosher even called me at 7 pm one night to make sure that I understood the plan and came up with something cost effective for me. It has worked wonders. He's bright, healthy, and happy now. Years ago, I was dog sitting for a friend who was out of the country and her dog came down with a horrible ear infection. Dr. Nemitz sent my friend a detailed email with information about what was going on with her dog (as she had limited access to a phone) and gave her his personal cell phone should she have questions. They really care and it shows. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have such a wonderful team of experts helping my little dogs - who are my everything.

After two visits in one day, we eventually settled back into our hotel room and watched our baby like hawks.
