This made my mother feel very uncomfortable and distrust towards the dentist. He also insulted my ability to translate English to Spanish when I'm clearly able to speak fluent in both. My mother a Hispanic Spanish speaking only means that I'm constantly using both English and Spanish when addressing her needs to doctors etc. Despite his front desk receptionist telling my mother the same information that I've already translated did not change my mother's opinion that she may have a broken tooth.

First on June 1, they had my husband and child wait over an hour to tell him that she wouldn't been seen because the dentist didn't want to see her, as another dentist had worked on her. They would prefer her to stick with her. Why did that take an hour to figure out. The person scheduling should of been aware. So they rescheduled her appointment for 6/23. We couldn't make it. So it was rescheduled for today. As you can see from the text i attached . I arrive today at 10:00am and first thing the receptionist over the screen says is that she can't see my daughter appointment in the system. Why is the call center scheduled appointment and the actual location not aligned? This matter should be looked into. Secondly , I'm told that my child will be seen, but I have to wait , because there are 4 people ahead of her . Again. How the hell and why the hell is that possible when she has an appointment SCHEDULED FOR TODAY. I am so irritated and frustrated. Because the issues are out of my control. But it's to many incidents that I am ready to not return to this location. I hate that because I actually like Dentist themselves, but the mishaps are very disheartening. I pray that they fix the system. I have been with them since 2019. I would hate to leave, but this is becoming an inconvenience.
