He talked to me, examined my foot, diagnosed whatever the problem was, manipulated it somehow, and the pain was gone. I was able to walk completely normally. he also made a special pad to put in my left shoe that reduced the pressure on the tender spot. I have walked several miles since having Dr. Baik treat my foot and I'm able to walk with no problem. He did an absolutely outstanding job in just a few minutes. After a brief wait, Dr. Petersen thoroughly assessed my condition with calm expertise. He ordered X-rays and administered a cortisone injection right away. The relief was impressive, I felt about 20% better almost immediately, and within six hours the pain had decreased by roughly 85%. I was finally able to walk much more comfortably again. Dr. Petersen is a skilled and compassionate specialist who clearly prioritizes his patients. Even after I explained that my confirmation msg clearly stated 5:15, they called me again at 5:12 to say there would be not a single minute of grace if I was late. Which was unnecessary, since I was already at the plaza and would have arrived on time. The front desk staff was rude and unapologetic. I only showed up because they still charge a cancellation fee. I also spent hundreds on orthodontic work that wasn't even great. I work in the service industry myself, and this experience was unacceptable. I won't be returning.

He Definately cares about his patients and we aren't just a number to him. He is very understanding and takes the time to actually listen and have feedback that isn't just some general information that iv heard a thousand times before. I trust that he will get down to the root cause and get me the proper care for the underlying issue. Not just wrap it up and tell me to leave it alone for days at a time until my next appointment. The last time I went to a doctor about my foot just wrapped it and told me to leave it alone for a bout a week. The pain became so bad that I had to unwrap it to see why it was so painful and out of nowhere I had a wound that looked like something was chewing my skin off and oozing out yellow stinky liquid. And when I go back to tell the doctor wat happend. They got mad at me and wrapped it up again and told me to leave it this time as if I had done something to cause it. It was obviously infected and the doctor had just wanted me to cover it up and forget about it and hope it went away.
